Very convenient location with plenty of access to: train, ground transportation, dining options, terminal 21 mall within walking distance, etc… like most hotels, it was updated and remodeled with a friendly staff. Only take aways include: needing new sheets, pillow cases and towels as they looked very worn, some with holes in them. Also the shower curtain had mildew on the bottom. It either needs to be changed or like other hotels to just have the glass window divider option.

Great location but the room is poorly maintained and could do with updating,the room cleaning was poor. They were going to charge 500 baht for a small blood stain on the sheet till we explained the cut happened on the edge of the bed base.

The room I was given initially was not exactly what I booked but the concierge was very friendly and resolved the situation in a professional and timely manner.

The place is disgusting, Filthy. It's a bit like they went to the local discount store to decorate the rooms. The shower has holes in the wall. Dirt behind the door is 1/4" thick. Shower filled with mold. Not one time did the staff clean the room. The safe is not secured to the wall or floor. So a thief could just pick up the safe and walk away with it. I asked about cleaning the room. Was told to push the clean my room button. Non of the buttons work. I guess they never asked the cleaning staff to clean. Furniture falling apart. The staff was friendly but unprofessional. Location is great. The sad part is this could be a great property. very sad. I'm in the hospitality business and at every level this was a huge disappointment. Very sad

Absolutely disgusting building, area is horrible too. Hookers around the area like cockroaches, building, and room smells horrible and the elevator is the tiniest thing I’ve stepped foot in. Highly do not recommend.

Close to BTS,bars and restaurants. Little bit slower check-in than other hotels seems to be more paper work.Nice room for the price,all good.

Probably the best hotel on Langkawi
This is probably one of the newest hotels on Langkawi. Rooms are spacious and balconies have amazing sea view. Service is fantastic in fact I have never had such a great experience when staying in a hotel in Malaysia. Breakfast buffet has everything you can with for. We will definitely stay here again

A good hotel at a good price
The hotel is undergoing some refurbishment, I was there few months back and a lot of work has been put into remodelling the rooms, I guess it is still ongoing as some additional improvement can be done. Said that the staff is friendly and welcoming, for the location I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Lying, disrespectful, dirty, under construction
I paid for a nicer room at this hotel they checked me and under false pretense. that's why I was booked and then took me outside and walk me to a different hotel owned by the same people that was currently under construction. I went into the room it smells very bad very dirty as if it was just finished being painted. Their solution was to spray some air cleaner in the room to make it smell better. when I asked if I could cancel because they had no rooms available that I paid for they told me it was too late because they already checked me in. They lied to hotels.com and said that they put me in a room that I paid for. Then he pretended he couldn't speak English. I canceled my second night. Very disrespectful lying untrustworthy hotel. Many better options nearby for a fair price. I would never recommend anyone to stay here. in my picture the red circle is the hotel is supposed to stay at in the yellow circle is where they try to make me stay.

I didn't get the room I requested. Instead of a queen size bed, they gave me 2 single beds joined together. Showering was difficult as the water level was too low. There was drilling early in the morning as well, causing trouble sleeping for everyone.

Pleasant reception staffs, rooms are ok for short stay, housekeeping was within standard score. Hot shower needs to be improved - was getting only very light warm shower. Otherwise, all was good.

The hotel is essential a flophouse for men visiting Bangkok's red light district. The hotel is undergoing a much needed renovation, however during this period the the place is in complete disrepair. Online pictures of the rooms facilities are extremely misleading.

Great city centre hotel and great value for money
Great accommodation and staff. Currently being renovated and I was luck enough to have a room on the 5th floor with balcony. The owner is pulling out the stops to make this a great city centre hotel with all staff being really helpful. Would I stay again - Absolutely 🙏😁

Very disappointing!
This hotel was nothing like the website shows! I had booked a delux room with city views, what I actually got was a grubby, tired, unclean small room with ripped towels a view of a car park wall, not hot water and a funny smell. I asked the staff about the room but was told this was a delux room. I found them unhelpful and abrupt. I guess the only positive thing was the price but I I guess this is why! What a let down
