“Absolutely no complaints; more than I expected.”

Wow. I really never do reviews for anything that asks me to; I find it a waste of time and I just don't care. But this hotel deserves a good word. I don't know if it's truly a four-star hotel (I'm used to motels myself), but Kingston was really clean, stylish, spacious, with a courteous staff. I seriously wish I could take the room I had and squeeze it into the space of my real apartment. Room service and mini-fridge stuff were all relatively inexpensive; I freaked out when I saw the bill, but in US dollars, it was like $30. I'm from NY where the metropolitan passtime is complaining, but I can honestly say the only thing I didn't like was the complimentary breakfast (a pretty lame buffet). Everything else was spot on. If I ever go back to Bangkok, I'll be staying there.

“Great service free tuktuk ride to nearby station”

Hotel gave us free upgrade to delux room. Hotel staffs were so helpful and room was so clean and comfortable. Free internet access and free printing avirable. You can use free tuktuk serivice to any nearby station. Hotel is 5 minutes walk to Asok or Nana station. A plenty of bar, night club, restaurant nearby Nana and Asok station. If you are looking for a quiete area I will not recomend this hotel. You may go near the river. All the hotel staff were so helpful and so great. We stayed well know 5 star hotel near the river day before, kingston suites staff were much more kind and helpful than 5 star hotel. Breakfast is good too. We stayed one night before we need to head off to airport. Even we have baggage, hotel will take you to station with their tuktuk. Once you are at the station, very easy and cheap ride to airport.

Although it was only overnight accommodation as I was in transit, the quality was excellent. I am returning again to Thailand in a few weeks time and have booked this hotel once again.

the room was clean - at least the 1st day. however, they didn't vacuum the carpet during my stay (more than 1 week). breakfast was good. tuk-tuk service was available most of time, though the driver expected your tips. It's obvious not a 4-star hotel IMO, but for the money I paid, it's worth every penny. Friendly staff and always smile to you.

“Just make sure you get non-smoking room when you request it. 5am wake-up did not happen”

Staff at front desk ( MEAW) not pleasant at all and when convenient pretend cannot understand English. She forgot to enter our wakeup call for 5am. "Joy" at check-in told us the" pat phong" night market has moved and not constructed yet. We found out later that that was not true and so missed out on some shopping The :bellboy" gets a cut on taxis that he get for you.Such corruption

“Awful smell from ventilation that is the only minus”

Good breakfast, but the same menu every day, thats not good. Awful smell from ventilation so I just couldn't stay in the room for 10-15 minutes (it smells like in public toilet and even worse). Good location. Overoll good hotel with good rooms. Staff was kind. But stay away from 705 room (because of awful smell).

second time i have stayed at the kingston suites,and once again i had great stay,great staff ,great breakfast plus a very good room . need to be a bit careful walking down soi 15 to the hotel as you share with cars ,bikes etc ,but hotel has a tuk tuk,which helps. would stay again when in this part of bangkok.
