“Great hotel will always go back”

We have stayed at this hotel before some 2 years ago and have to say that the service and friendliness of the staff is always refreshing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in the thick of the entertainment area. This hotel is within spitting distance of the Q Club and Bedsupper Club both of which are great dance clubs with excellent DJ's

“Would stay here again”

Hotel in perfect location - close to skytrain station. Staff were all extremely helpful and friendly - they couldn't do enough for us. Even arranged delivery of McDonalds to our room when extremely hung-over (NB: this was the ONLY non-Thai food we ate during our holiday). Highly recommend this hotel for a good value for money stay.

“Good place”

This hotel has nice rooms and it is a little more on the hip side with the top level bar chic look. I have no complaints about the room itself. There is little room to move about, but who needs that? Big bed, decent desk, nice bathroom facilities and I can't complain. Only disadvantage is that it's about a 10 minute walk to nearest sky train which I prefer over taxis.

“Not Impressed”

I was definitely not impressed with the room. The location was a bit shady and it was a good 10 minute walk to the nearest metro. The hotel provided me with a taxi back to the airport and charged me double for the service. I would definitely consider a different hotel in another area.

“very dirty”

this property is not well kept. hallways are dingy and walls have dents and marks from being hit carelessly by luggage and maintenance carts. our room had definitely been made up (fresh linens), but was still very dirty. stains on carpet, sticky rings on tables from previous occupants' beverages. tile and grout in the bathroom was mildewy and water temperature was very inconsistent (scalding hot or freezing cold, impossible to adjust to a moderate temperature). also the provided shampoo bottles and other products were crusty. they had obviously been used and refilled multiple times.
