“Good place”

This hotel has nice rooms and it is a little more on the hip side with the top level bar chic look. I have no complaints about the room itself. There is little room to move about, but who needs that? Big bed, decent desk, nice bathroom facilities and I can't complain. Only disadvantage is that it's about a 10 minute walk to nearest sky train which I prefer over taxis.

“Good Experience Overall”

As previous reviews indicate, the hotel is a little run down. Wear and tear, but also just lack of attention in many cases. However it is not bad, or as bad as some would say. Room size is standard, everything functioning. Did not take the breakfast, many options to choose from so I would not recommend even without trying it. Location is ideal at the neck of the Soi, quiet enough (with an upper level floor), but easy to get to anywhere. Best area in BKK in my view, with all that is around, and access to everything else. NANA BTS is a short walk, NANA post office the same, Soi 4 is a shortcut away, exits in front of Bumrungrad. A 7/11 about 100 M away. An internet cafe is about 300 M away for printing and scans and such, and also a decent food market (Villa) about 500 M back the road for odds and ends. The staff are generally outstanding, I must say, even for LOS, I can honestly say, most achieved above and beyond. (All the more confusing when you think of it as this is clearly down to MGMT, and yet the place could do with some attention). Overall, I think it is value for money, and I was not put off by the condition of the place, it is showing some age, it is not broken, just a bit worn in places, But, I agree with some previous comments, more could easily be done to improve the first impression. I booked for 3 nights, and extended my stay, as the place met my expectations; I needed a gym, a comfortable and clean bed, and no hassle with the internet. All Good..

“Not Impressed”

I was definitely not impressed with the room. The location was a bit shady and it was a good 10 minute walk to the nearest metro. The hotel provided me with a taxi back to the airport and charged me double for the service. I would definitely consider a different hotel in another area.

“very dirty”

this property is not well kept. hallways are dingy and walls have dents and marks from being hit carelessly by luggage and maintenance carts. our room had definitely been made up (fresh linens), but was still very dirty. stains on carpet, sticky rings on tables from previous occupants' beverages. tile and grout in the bathroom was mildewy and water temperature was very inconsistent (scalding hot or freezing cold, impossible to adjust to a moderate temperature). also the provided shampoo bottles and other products were crusty. they had obviously been used and refilled multiple times.
