Great location, close to MRT stop, shopping, dining and entertainment. Clean spacious rooms and nice coffee shop, massage services, concierge, etc. The only negative I have is one you have to expect from a hotel in the midst of one of the largest nightlife entertainment districts is that I heard bands playing until 3-4 am most nights (but after the first night I was able to sleep through a lot of it and, like I said, you will get that from ANY hotel surrounded by nightclubs!). Overall, I would definitely stay again!

Oh Dear
I’ve been using the Nana on and off for the last 25 years and have watched it decline over time. Last time was six years ago when I stayed in a refurbished room which was ok but this time - six years on, the room was dreadful. The bed was the worst part - massive lovely looking bed but it had person size “dents” on both sides of the mattress so I had to sleep in the middle. I wish the owners would just spend the money and update the rooms - it used to be such a nice place to stay. I won’t be going back there I’m afraid.

Staff are numerous and helpful, the pool is excellent, the attached café provides a worthwhile option amongst thousands of others. The rooms are neat and functional, the cleaning is very thorough.

Myself and my wife enjoyed staying at the Nana Hotel. The Reception staff are wonderful, cheerful and very helpful. The housekeepers do a great job. The breakfast is super with a good range of options as is the onsite restaurant. The location is perfect if you like the vibrant nightlife. A few comments to make. 1. Most rooms have a bath instead of a walk in shower. At I'm senior I find it difficult to step into and out of a bath and do be nervous doing so. 2. Most hotels provide a box of tissues in the room. However at the very affordable rate per night I guess tissues may not be affordable to the hotel. 3. The hotel itself could do with some updating in furniture and carpets. These are just some observations and wouldn't put me off returning to this hotel.

Love staying here. A special must be given to the staff at the Reception Desk. They are exceptional, good humoured and helpful. The housekeepers also deserve special mention. The breakfast is excellent with a good choice of dishes. The location is superb. The only problem at my age (70) is that most of the rooms have baths. Would much prefer a walk in shower for safety reasons.
