very nice location,room are comfortable with big windows with nice views, can reserve tours inside the hotel and has also taxi and limousine service inside as well as a restaurant besides of the breakfast and dinner buffet.

Enjoyable stay- great location!
Enjoyable stay at Narai hotel. Wonderful location - close to restaurants, shops and the sky train. The hotel also has a couple of restaurants. The rooms are comfortable. The bathroom sink is tiny!

The Hotel is in a great location, a short walk away from the sky train and local bus routes and also the night markets (beware of the pingpong con artists). However, the rooms are generally tired and looking really really dated. There was some mould developing in the ceiling of the shower room and there was no sanitary spray next to the toilet. The complimentary water, tea, coffee and creamer was welcome. The gym could also do with an update.

Good hotel at a nice location.
I have always stayed in this hotel every time I go to Bangkok. The location is ok for me with many good and cheap restaurants around the hotel. Their breakfast buffet is really good but the foods are the same everyday ( there are many choices ). The price is very reasonable too. It is clean and convenient.

Great hotel with just a couple of little downfalls. 1 being woken up in the morning by the call to prayer from the local mosque and 2 being the poor quality of the hairdryer which had no power.

Our experience at the Narai was excellent. The only negative comment is the overpriced drinks and food by the pool and bar. Beer at 3 times the going rate was exorbitant as was $18 for a cocktail.

Likes: Nice room size, flushing of toilet paper is allowed. Dislikes: Taxi drivers in front of the hotel quote their fares as double the rate of Grab, to take advantage of tourists. Fitness center didn't have a squat rack (but it did have a barbell for bench pressing). Laundry service per item seemed expensive.

Food nourishes us, don't waste.
I have stayed with Narai on many occasions when I visit Bangkok. Its location is great and on my recent visit, I included breakfast in the package. The breakfast spread was good. But let me make a suggestion to the hotel. They should consider to put a sign where the food is placed. I recently saw a very good sign and I quote here : TAKE WHAT YOU LIKE, BUT EAT WHAT YOU TAKE.

Generally the room was clean and tidy. However, the wall sockets on one end was loose and not working properly. Hence, my friend and I were unable to charge our phones and use the electric heater, without buying an adapter.

The staff and service is very good . They provide free COT for children ...which is excellent . Breakfast is very nice with lot of variety . The only negative is that the blackout curtains are not properly fitted due to which light comes in the room from the top of the curtains ...which disturbs sleep in the morning .
