“Narai hotel Bangkok”

The best thing about this hotel is the location and the fact it is known to all taxi and tuktuk drivers. Some floors of the hotel are older but are still clean and well maintained. Triple 2 next door has a marvellous outdoor bar with cheap drinks and good food. Very reasonably priced room with international buffet included.

“Great location and very friendly and helpful staff”

The hotel was in a great location. The monorail was a 15 minute walk away and local transport (tuk tuks) abound at every step. Patpong Market is a 10 minute walk in one direction and other markets in the opposite direction. The hotel foyer and downstairs area looks a bit tired and the carpeting on the floors once you get out of the lift were stained and worn. However our room was great, the bed was enormous, something like a king super if there is such a size! The housemaid that looked after our room was excellent and very friendly. In fact we found all the staff to be friendly and helpful. On one occasion, my husband was unwell and we needed a doctor and they went out of their way to put us in touch with the doctor and arranged a taxi, free of charge to take us there. On our return they followed up my husband's condition and even the next day, the security man who I'd initially spoken to, came to find my husband to ask him how he was feeling which I was very impressed with.

“Great hotel in great location”

This is a great hotel at a reasonable price and a good location. They upgraded us to a Superior room at no charge due to no double bedded rooms being available at check-in.
