“Will be going back to the Novatel on Siam Square”

Our stay at the Novatel on Siam Square was all positive - friendly and helpful staff, great location, close to transport, shopping, variety of food and an excellent massage salon (Lek across the road from Novotel's side entrance). The room was a reasonable size and very clean. Our only negative comment was that the bed was VERY firm and took a couple of nights to get use to. I would recommend the Novatel and will be using it again for our next business/leisure trip later in the year.

“Excellent Hotel”

While Bangkok and Siam Square is chaotic and crowded, the Novotel offers a serene and comfortable experience. Clean and attractive rooms, well-maintained common areas, excellent staff from the bellmen to the laundry. Everyone there is focused on your needs! You want for nothing!

From the moment I arrived, a little before 7am on check in day, the hotel staff absolutely fantastic. Even though I arrived very early no problem at all checking in and getting into my room - much needed after a long flight. Nothing too much trouble for the friendly staff. Breakfast excellent- perhaps amongst the best I have had in Asia. Location great iro shops and access to the train. All in all a great stay.

Walking distance to Skytrain that connects most of the tourists attraction. Good food and pubs in the neighborhood. And most important good value for money. Will definitely return to this hotel.

Excellent location. Located next to the subway, very cheap shopping, restaurants or just walking around. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Most speak very good English. The restaurants in the hotel had excellent food. Free buffet breakfast was wonderful. The dance club in the lower level is a lot of fun, Great place to go in the late evening around 10 or 11 PM. I would return to the Novotel Bangkok On Siam Square

“best reflexology in town...and great location too”

I love this hotel!! I have stayed here numerous times, mostly due to the great buffet for breakfast and the deeply relaxing reflexology treatments offered in their spa. But also, the location is right near shopping centers and the Skytrain...a perfect spot to get to other places fast!

“Best Location for a first time traveller”

The Novotel is great! The location is between MBK and the Paragon, two great malls for shopping for tourist kitsch and for eating anything and everything. The staff was very friendly. Upon check in, they gave my kids stuffed elephant toys, brought us extra towels and water before we could ask, and assembled a cot for my baby. My daughter slept on the couch and they also brought us extra bedding for her. The pool staff was also extremely friendly and willing to help with anything. This is the best value in Asia period. The room was spacious, clean, and cheaper than my hotels in Hong Kong and all over India, which were much smaller rooms. The bed is very hard but that's Asia for you. And they are doing some renovations so it was noisy during the day but we didn't mind as we were out and about mostly. But a nap would have been out of the question. I'm an American expat living in India and found this hotel to be extremely to my liking.
