bed is comfortable, room is big however the bathroom condition is not pleasant. Even though come with long bath, the whole floor will be flooded after shower due to the techinical part of the longbath installation that will lead the water to flow to the floor. It is rather dangerous as it is very slippery after shower and the water will not dry up as the floor gradient does not allow the water to flow. It was quite a messy experience for a hotel. Even though we had informed the house keeping, nothing much can be done. Otherwise room is nice. Walk is about 7 mins to Nana station from hotel.

Parkroyal suite was a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. The deskstaff Pat was so helpful. When i was having problems with my credit card and my cell phone wouldn't work she let me use her personal cell phone to call my bank in the states and when i tried to thank her she said she was just doing her job. No Pat you went far beyond your duties!

The staff was great and always helpful. The property is in a great location for nightlife and is reasonably priced based on room size (it is a converted condominium). It is also very clean. I opted for a one-bedroom room with a balcony and kitchenette which was great and mainly came with breakfast included (I extended several times so sometimes not included). I was disappointed with the buffet breakfast options, they were usually cold, and not many choices (my Thai wife never came done after the first day), I recommend the hotel looks seriously into this issue as was my only problem with the property.

Overpriced hotel at the very low end of of 4 star
They are certainly very friendly and staff is trying hard at this hotel. But that doesnt help much to offset the fact that this is at the lowest end quality within the 4 star hotels group. Aircon very noisy , towels old and worn, bathroom not realy clean. Breakfast an experience to better forget. Here one can see that everything at this hotel is geared to maximize the hotels profits. 1000 thb deposit per day demanded, realy ?? 4 star brand new Novotel is around the corner, where I end up taking my breakfast at just 420 THB in a cozy setting. Everything I expected was there, even a perfectly made egg benedict.
