“Excellent, will happily go back”

Hotel was everything we expected no nasty surprise. The only negative thing to say was the lack of airconditioning in the hallway and the inability of having the aircon on in the room whilst we were out. It would have been nice to come to a cool room after being out in the BK heat.

Amazing rooms; very large and clean with modern amenities. The en-suite washer/dryer was perfect. Large bathrooms with rainfall shower head. My only negative was that internet access wasn't included in my rate - I had to pay extra. Great location if you like being in the Sukhumvit Soi 4 area. I was very pleased with the service and professionalism of the staff.

“Awesome stay, very happy”

From arrival to departure the staff were awesome to deal with, polite, professional and happy. I stayed in the executive studio which was a great size with its own kitchen, washing machine / dryer. Room service was good and timely. Interior of the room was great. Very modern facility and I couldn't have been happier there. Centrally located near NANA so plenty to see and do. Its about 100 m from NANA plaza if you are looking for the nightlife and 10 -15min walk to Soi Cowboy. For families, it is a 5 min walk to the train system which takes you to most places. The hotel is tucked away down a side street so if you have kids and don't want them walking through the NANA red light area which is close to the hotel then just walk the opposite way down the street to the train station and street markets which are all 5mins away. Staff are friendly and helpful and most speak good english. Great stay and will definitely stay there again. Would recommend this hotel / serviced apartments to anyone.

“A fantastic place to stay!”

Phachara Suites is more of a serviced apartment than a hotel and we loved it. We were travelling with a young child and could not fault this place for the service, clenliness or location. We booked a studio and it was wonderful to have a washing machine and small kitchen to cater for our young one. Breakfast was good and the staff really do go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone looking at 1 week or more stays in Bangkok. It is convenient to Nana and Asok BTS, walking distance to the new Terminal 21 shopping centre and there are many nightlife options close to the hotel. We will definitely be staying here on our future trips to Thailand.
