“Best Hotel in Bangkok”

I really can't wait to go back in Bangkok and stay in this wonderful Hotel again.

“Five Star Service”

What a great hotel, and conveniently located right in the middle of everything. I stayed for 11 nights and was very impressed. From the welcome fruit bowl to the complimentary shoe shine, to the complimentary bottled water throughout your stay, it was great. Everyone is so very polite. When riding the elevators, the staff will ask your permission to share the elevator with you, instead of just walking on. You probably will never have to open the front lobby doors yourself. Nightly turndown service, wonderful restaurants and great prices. Each morning you receive a newspaper under your door, and you can brew coffee or tea each morning in your room. Overall, I was very happy with this hotel.

We arrived on July 2nd. Once we arrived, the hotel upgraded us to club level with access to club lounge and free breakfast buffet which was excellent! The upgrade will last for three months. Please double check with the hotel for the upgrade. We loved the hotel, the room, the amenities and the staff are truly 5-star level. The swimming pool is exceptionally nice. I normally don't like to use the pool in any hotels. I ended up using two times a day while I was there. The room service menu is good too, the price is reasonable, Pad Thai is around U.S.$8.00. We ended up ordering room service two nights in the row since we were too tired to go out to eat. Overall, we would definitely go back to this hotel.

“Excellent choice in BKK”

Very happy with my choice to stay here while in Bangkok for three nights. Service was excellent, and the location is ideal for those interested in nightlife while in BKK, with Siam Square and Sukhumvit close by.

Very nice hotel to stay at!!!! Staff is terrific. Only issue was some difficulty with the Lan-based internet connection. Wifi worked fine.

I would use this Hotel again. Close to BTS railway. Recommend upgrading to the club lounge. - very usefule for business meetings and or a quiet drink while using the business facilities.

“Relaxing”

High quality staff that exceeds expectations in assisting guests. Pool was uncrowded and refreshing. Location close to skytrain system, but found metered taxis very cheap. Take metered taxi from airport about one quarter the cost of a limo service. Always carry the hotel location with you as seems hotel address not as well known to taxi drivers.
