Posted Dec 20, 2014
Pros:

Overpriced, moody staff, no WiFi

Posted Nov 17, 2014
We paid over the odds for this room even with a discount to the equivalent of £20 each per night. There was no free WiFi - you had to buy an hour for £6 (300 baht) which is ludicrous when every tiny cafe etc gives you WiFi free. The room was very spacious and comfortable, the views were incredible. The breakfast was pretty good but the staff were very moody and hardly smiled they also kept checking all the time to see if you had paid. We had friendlier service in much cheaper places than this and of course more expensive places. This was the most unwelcoming hotel we have stayed at. The pool was freezing cold too. I think you can get better in Bangkok for the money.

Shopping District

Posted Nov 16, 2014
Pros: Close to clothing markets - central to CBD - pools were great - food, very good.
Cons: Toilet paper - one roll between three is not enough. Amenities were old - but operational.
Location: Close to clothing markets - no close, external restaurants.
This Hotel is surrounded by clothing markets (where locals shop) - so the prices are very good - sizes you need to watch. The Hotel has four towers - we stayed in two - so different years of build. The facilities were very good - pools - restaurants etc. The staff were very good - although you had to request an english speaker at times. The last night of our stay was soured by having to request our third bed (booked already) - about four times and having to wait five hours - this left a bad taste in what was a good stay.

Lage OK mehr nicht

Posted Nov 13, 2014

Sadly we only stayed 1 night

Posted Oct 31, 2014
Pros: Simple and service was good,
Cons: being such a busy place we feel that all was as best as could be, better and clear deals that are on offer for all travellers would make it better.
Location: lots of markets local and other huge variety of items and shopping not the Versace or the best mall but great value for most.
we recommend Prince Palace to anyone the hotel was very good and satisfactory, location as well as facility was also good, breakfast was nice and ample, with a great variety of things to choose from, we would like to stay here again the next time we visit Bangkok.
