The hotel is nice, But the prices on here are not correct. The airport shuttle bus is 200 bhat not 150. Also i was sure i booked their biggest room but ended up paying an additional 300 bhat. The hotel was clean, but one light in our room buzzed when turned on, also you could feel a few springs in the mattress. The local area is great, and the staff in the hotel where nice.

First, I waited almost an hour for the front staff to check me in. Second, the balcony glass door was unable to lock. I asked her why she gave me this room and she said it was ok, nobody would do anything. But if something happen, can she responsible for it? I don't think so.... I keep begging for a new room, the same women at the front desk repeatedly saying no. She won't give me new room. So, I have to checkout to find a new safer place. She did offer me new room when I'm going to check out, but no I am not staying. AC is un adjustable, it fixed at 25C. After I checked out, I got a new place at the same rate but a lot better. Please dont come here this place is not safe and room is cheap and old.

When is a Booking NOT a Booking
We were told by email the Pre Booked Room was confirmed, on arrival at the Hotel, my booking was declined, room was re-booked for cash.

3 stars at best, wish I spoke Thai
I chose the hotel for location as it was close to the airport. There was definitely a large language barrier, and there were issues with the front desk finding my booking. The massage I booked in hotel was really bad, walked out 30 min into a 2 hr massage. Didn't have the strength or time to try to get a refund due to the language barrier and short amount of time I was there. I think if I spoke Thai my short stay would've been much better, but even then, this hotel was maybe 3 star at best. Room was average, bathroom was outdated and a bit dirty. Not sure if I'd recommend it. I wouldn't go back unless it was my only option. Sorry.

Rather okay hotel
Hotel is very far from the city, by taxi it will takes you nearly an hour or more to reach any place designated places. Overall quite pleased with their friendliness and attitude, but rather disappointing with the facilities they have that indicated as gym (only 2 gym bicycles) and cleaner manage to open my hotel door without my permission or anyone informing me while I'm bathing.

Spacious budget room near airport
The hotel sign is a bit hard to find but once you know where it is then it becomes very easy to locate. Right at the crossover and traffic light! Plenty of private parking and cctv monitored. The airport shuttle is reasonable at 150THB per person per trip so as a solo traveler, it was perfect for me. It only takes 10 minutes to get to departure/arrivals. Rooms are somewhat like local rental apartment and very simple. There seem to be some monthly renting residences and many Chinese tour groups. During my one night, I had no complaint tho. The onsite restaurant offers good Thai food and nice riverside ambience. I quite like it. There are also many local street food venues too.

I only spent one night there.
The hard part was finding the hotel. The taxi driver could not find it, because it had changed its name to The Riverside not Princess. The phone number had changed from the one I had on the confirmation.

Checked into my triple room and my bed had ants on it. Further inspection showed that all the beds had yellow oil stains from the oil massages. I asked for new bedding and was told it was perfume. The room didn't have hot water. Terrible stay

Hotel was clean and fairly comfortable.but the tour desk at reception is a rip off and the trips with rose are highly inflated.seek advice with the taxi meter's as i did.the restaurant was nice by the river and bit of fun with karaoke.the pool was the best part but official opening times are strange 7am to 10am and 5pm to 9pm.did open during day but i had to ask them especially.was a good place to stay as near airport and free transfer but book in advance as arrive and stay prices are doubled.and avoid rose's tours into Bangkok and river cruise.

Rude unfriendly staff which didn't speak a word of English! Charged us 500 baht for an extra person for a night and then demanded an extra 500 baby before we left. In the absolute middle of nowhere, and the on site restaurant is awful! One sunbed around the pool for the whole hotel to share and the pool is shut on a Thursday!

Stayed 3 times now great cheap hotel with shuttle to airport has pool big rooms restaurant next to hotel on the river 5minutes walk from hotel has 7 eleven big C tesco and big market very cheap perfect place staff were good one of the better hotels near airport as I have stayed in about 10 of these over the years

I actually stayed there 5 nights and enjoyed it. All hotel beds in Thailand are too firm and not comfortable... but this hotel takes it to the extreme. If they would but some kind of pad on the concrete slab posing as a mattress, they could charge double as the hotel and rooms are better than most in the area.

You get more than what you pay for
Near the airport...a hidden treasure. It is what it is...Definitely go to the night market that is close by. Walls are thin, just hope you're really tired or have quiet neighbors. Hint: when using AC remote use the "smart" button. 10 minutes to airport. Everyone is very friendly and there is a fine riverside restaurant right there. Down home and good.

Not much to say, older hotel in an industrial area without much to do without getting a cab. Also, the hotel charges for shuttle service which is not explained on the website. Room did not even have a table or chairs and the fridge was not plugged in. No way to heat water in the room. Staff at the front desk very noncholant and uncaring. proximity to airport is the only atteractive point.
