For those travellers who are skeptical upon visiting a country you don't know much about, having a hotel where you feel safe is a haven. Staff at the rembrandt were very accomodating. Even prior to my stay, I communicated with the hotel regarding the situation and they were all very assuring. They have 5 great restaurants that were all satisfying to my taste. Environment was clean and hotel neighborhood is easily accessible to all tourist spots. Would like to go back and do more exploration but maybe when the weather is a bit tamed. I don't do well with ove 100 degrees F.

“The Best Place to Stay This Side of Bangkok”

We arrived from the airport and were greeted with smiles. The staff is very professional and friendly. Your room was clean and fresh. The pool is quite large , up on the fourth room with a nice view of the city. The exersize room is clean and the equipment top notch. Exersize bikes ,trendmills, stairmaster and free weights all new. The shower rooms have a little sauna and steam room which were quite nice. The breakfest on the second floor was fantastic. Fresh fruits and juices with many dishes to choose. The hotel is in a good location just a short walk to the Skytrain and the shopping centers.

Everyone was very helpful The location is perfect right next to the Sky Train. Lots of good restaurants nearby. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel. Much larger rooms than I am used to when traveling in Europe. Also they had a great variety for the complimentary breakfast.

“Just as good 2nd time back”

This was our second stay at the Rembrandt, we were there in December 2009, and chose to return due to the great experience we had the first time and the location - 10 minute easy walk to sky train, and only 4 or 5 stops from the major shopping and hub. Staff very professional and efficient, executive rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed. Paying a little extra to have breakfast included is well worth it. Their limousine service (cars or vans) is well worth paying for (approx NZ$60 one way), takes all the hassle out of finding your way into the city from the airport - you literally walk straight out of customs and someone is waiting with a vehicle very close by. We took friends this time and they were equally impressed. Rugby world cup games available in your room or down at the lobby bar, kept the men very happy! We would chose to stay here again.

The Rembrandt was great value for money at the end of our honeymoon, the welcome we received was brilliant considering big city hotels always have a reputation for a lower quality of service in comparison to the beaches and more remote locations. We enjoyed the room and hotel facilities and found the location to be very suitable for shopping and getting around (proximity to the sky train). Breakfast each morning was fantastic and the staff throughout the hotel were wonderful to us. We also enjoyed a very nice dinner at the italian restaurant on our first evening in Bangkok, the food and drinks were great (especially the Banana shake with honey!) We would definitely stay in the Rembrandt the next time we are in Bangkok, thanks for a great time.

Very impressed with the hotel and it's facilities. Great rooms, great location and great service. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Bangkok !
