Never more!!!!

Pros: Good location!
We have book this hostel by internet for our 1st night in Bangkok! The room didnt look like the pictures at all! It s an old room, smelling ! The room had no windows and its situated in a street With lot of noise. So couldnt sleep all of the night!!!! The staff was really not welcoming and not smilling!! And to finish, the morning after was raining and when we ask them to call a taxi for us, they didn t agree and said us to go in the street to stop one!!! So we were really angry and disappointed!!!! I Would recommand it for No ONE!!!

Bangkok Old Town Convenient

Posted Sep 11, 2013
Pros: It is in a relatively quiet Soi in this great area of Bangkok. It is inexpensive. The common area is also fun - drinks, snacks, pool table.
Cons: Cheap and cheerful is you get what you pay for!!
Location: Khao San Road is the unique backpacker environment with food and action 24/7. The old town charm and the pomp of the Grand Palace. Pizza is close by!
Cheap and cheerful and great location for the fun of Khao San, the splendor of the Grand Palace and the bustle of the river. Have stayed here many times over the years and keep coming back. My needs are fairly basic and this is great value for money.

The receptionists barely speak English and make little effort to make you feel welcome. Not very helpful nor friendly and not very smiley as the name suggests .

overall not very good

Posted Aug 23, 2013
unwelcoming staff ( impossible to get a smile from) except from a nice older man working in the restaurant . The breakfast is terrible, the room very small kind of dirty and stinky. the location is great though - on one of the more quiet street in the aria whit lots of good food options. if you don't want to live in a crazy party street I would recommend this place even though the hotel in it self is not great!

bad bed

Pros: leaving
Cons: staying
Location: close to river and bars and khao san road, to arrange your trip out of bangkok.
noisey, with chickens waking you up from early morning.and thats if you haven't got to sleep from other general noise late at night from music. not good if you really want to sleep. room is very small, so dont come with a big suitcase or bag. find somewhere else.
