“Great Service!”
Was in Bangkok on vacation by myself, so wanted to feel safe and have a good place to get my questions answered-this hotel exceeded my expectations! I upgraded to the Club and that was a great choice-fantastic room on the 27th floor overlooking the city, wonderful service by all the staff- the trip planning person was very helpful and the doormen very attentive, but the staff in the Club area were especially welcoming. One morning I was running late and only had a few minutes for breakfast, they made me a plate of scrambled eggs and sides in a few minutes. The location was very good, I often was dropped off early from tours. Have already suggested the hotel to several people, would definitely stay there anytime!

“Great stay in Bangkok”
Room was ultra modern and really nice, well worth the upgrade (very reasonably priced) to upper floors. We were on 35th floor and the view was amazing, panoramic floor to ceiling view of the whole city.

“A highly recommended hotel”
The hotel was beautiful. I had issues with the concierge who was never there - was not a fun experience. It's in an excellent location - in the middle of everything and close to the a couple of metro stations. It's definitely a highly recommended hotel and would stay there again.
“Exquisite Lobby”
Being the official residence of AirFrance crew would signify that they're on of the top of hotels in Bangkok. The room was clean and well arranged. We liked it even more if breakfast was added to the rate that we got.
“Incredible Stay at Sofitel Bangkok Silom”
I can't overstate the wonderful stay I had at Sofitel Bangkok Silom. The location was within walking distance of transit or a cheap taxi ride to many Bangkok attractions. The immediate neighborhood was safe and had numerous dining options. Hotel services was unparalleled by any other hotel where I've stayed. Workers opened the doors, checked me in, brought me ice/towels/ironing board, all with a big smile. The room, and hotel in general, was maintained to impeccable cleanliness.

Loved this hotel! Amazing staff, extremely hospitable. Would definitely stay there again. Do yourself a favor and do the room upgrade. WELL worth it with the better room, free unlimited cocktails during happy hour, breakfast, internet and coffee/tea all day. Well worth the extra $$$.

Ein Hotel das Alles bietet, sowohl f. Geschäfts- als auch Urlaubsreisende. Das höfliche und sehr zuvorkommende Personal (englisch sprachig)ermöglichte uns einen guten Start in unsere Thailandreise. Die Hotelzimmer sind komfortabel ausgestattet mit tollem Blick auf Bangkok. Das Bad ist mit Dusche u. Wanne ausgestattet. Zimmer und Bad sind super sauber. Klimaanlage war leise. Frühstücksbuffet bot eine große Auswahl, für jeden etwas. Sternekategorie wurde durch Personal noch aufgewertet.
“Good Option: Sofitel Bangkok”
I enjoyed my stay here. The room was very nice. Took a 35th floor room with the offer of free breakfast, free high tea, free happy hour, free internet access. Very pleasant. The only issues I had is that since you couldn't use the hair dryer in the room, it would have been nice if someone had put some thought to putting an outlet anywhere near a mirror in the room. I had to dry my hair around the shelving for the tea pot. The other issue was that local calls were supposed to be included but apparently did not include cell phone numbers. I had charges of about $10 for phone calls that last 2 minutes. Ridiculous! Great location, pleasant staff.
