Old style Thai hotel. Very clean, well positioned in Asoke. Very good Sports Bar next door for watching rugby etc. Friendly staff, good thai food and nice little hotel bar

Good value for your money in regards to room condition and size, clean bathroom with a bathtub, nice thick towels, variety at breakfast buffet, friendly helpful staff. It's walkable to Terminal 21 and surrounding area. The downside is next to no Englush channels on TV.

May want to pass because of the beds.
Beds were not good. Laundry was a total rip off(Almost 2000 bhat to do a medium sized load which only needed drying). Good location, friendly staff, decent room aside from the bed. Shower temperature cycles from hot to cool every 2-3 seconds and the shower handle slides down the vertical post frequently which is pretty annoying obviously. Older hotel in need of an update

Good value. Great location for Soi Cowboy, Terminal 21 Shopping Mall and the BTS & MRT train stations. A large hotel with large rooms. Friendly staff. A little dated but still in good condition. I have stayed here many times over the years and have I have always been satisfied with the room and the service.

I travel to Thailand twice a year and always stay here. The staff is amazing and the rooms are comfortable and reasonably priced. The location is convenient to many restaurants, shopping and main transportation hubs. I always look forward to my next stay!

What I like ,it is convenient for the transfort and easy access to the other location in central Bangkok.Staffs are welcoming,friendly and helpful . What I don't like , the breakfast is the same everyday and very limited choices only few types of food are being served and same everyday.Room is very old type ,shower head is dirty,floor under the bed is very dirty and very dusty, not very nice when you have a child playing on the floor and toys gone under the bed which is very filty you feel disgust .Under the bed should clean atleast twice or trice a week. Also corridor smells smokes when you go out of the room even if were in a non-smoke room.

This property is quiet even tho it’s in a busy area. Easy walking to most everything in the terminal 21 Mall area. Staff is very attentive, and most are English conversant. Breakfast is good. Price was reasonable for comparables in the area. Room I had was well kept. Pool was clean with an adjacent workout area.

Great location and price. The bed was a very firm spring mattress and the floors could be vacuumed or swept better as there were hairs from previous guests in the bathroom. The tub drain was also slow. The AC wasn't cool my first night and I had a hard time sleeping. The next day I asked if they could check and in less than 5 min maintenance came to check and within 15 min extra freon was added and the AC was working properly - I wish I haf said something sooner lol! It is an older property with gym equipent that is old but fuctional. However, all the friendly and attentive staff made up for everything else and made my stay great.

this hotel is not well maintained. the bathroom is dirty. the shower curtain rod had black electrical tape on each end holding it in place. when i first turned on the shower, the water was brown (probably rust from the pipes), but it was clear after 10-20 seconds. the tile grout is dirty. I could hear the guests above me and to my side using flushing the toilet and using the shower. The door to the room is thin and is loud when it shuts. i would stay away from this place unless you are on a tight budget. the breakfast wasnt great.

I was very pleased with my stay at the Tai Pan hotel. I can see myself returning. The staff was very pleasant and treat the guests like family. There are many food options available depending on your ethnicity. The hotel is within walking distance to almost everything I needed. Plenty of shopping options right from the hotel. The pool is very nice and i enjoyed working out in the gym. I was surpirsed at the quality of the gym.
