Everything seems great except that their reception at times is not clear of the attractions places.

Comfortable, large rooms and excellent servicePosted Mar 13, 2013 on Hotels.com
We enjoyed our stay at Tenface which is run by helpful, friendly staff. The room was excellent, clean and large with a very comfy bed and amazing views over the city. Perfect after a hot day or night in the city. The location is a little far from the BTS to walk in the heat, but there's a complimentary tuk tuk service which is really useful and cabs are very cheap.

Tenface-Great location and great placePosted Mar 10, 2013
Pros: Room space
Cons: Breakfast selection
This is a really great place to stay at and with the 24hr tuk tuk it makes it really easy to get to the central parts of bangkok. The tuk tuk drops you off at the bts station and that is a real bonus.

2nd stay and didn't disappoint. Excellent hotel and well value for the money. Tuk tuk service great to bts station for free. Only downside was the late cleaning of the room two days in a row.

TenfacePosted Nov 5, 2012
Pros: The exceptional service
Location: Handy to Sukhumvit, but also the sky train to easy to get to other sights etc
The face was very comfortable. We were upgraded to a two bedroom premium suite- very spacious. Whilst the hotel is tucked away from Sukhumvit, this didn't cause any issues- the shuttle tuk tuk service was great. The fantastic service from all of the staff at Tenface is a real stand out-they are friendly and extremely helpful- nothing is a problem.

A little travel required to go to major attractionPosted Oct 8, 2012 on Hotels.com
Hotel has large one bedroom apartments - very spacious, clean and tidy, with very attentive staff. Meals in the hotel were great. A little out of the way for major sight seeing, but the hotel has it's own tuk tuk to transport you to the nearby skyrail station (all day rail ticket ticket about AUD$4.00 -Tenface gives you one free in your welcome pack). Many tuk tuk's in central Bangkok to transport you to sight seeing attractions (average 10 - 50 baht).

Another pleasant stay at Tenface...Posted Sep 11, 2012 on Hotels.com
We stay here fairly regularly on our transits through Bangkok and are always comfortable. All rooms are spacious and well looked after and the inclusion of an espresso machine in each room is a classy touch although the price of the pods is very high (we bring our own!). The breakfast would be my only real issue, fairly mediocre really and we often opt for a room without breakfast and eat on the street. The food served at the restaurant for lunch and dinner is rather good and the items we have tried were enjoyed. There's a good, well equipped gym but if you are a regular swimmer you will find the pool to be about 3 strokes long by 1 across! This hotel does not have any large sunny areas in which to spend the day lounging and catching rays but I'm not sure why you would come to Bangkok for that anyway...
