“Slightly above average”

Good AC, clean, quiet, close to airport, good breakfast. Problem with water heater-did not work, Problem with pickup-they sent the pickup to domestic air and we were coming into the international. They did pick us the two times we stayed at the hotel. Reception very good. Would use it again if we travel through Bangkok.

The hotel wasn't great, but for the price and location it met our needs. The staff were very friendly and helpful, including transport to and from the airport. There was an additional charge for said transportation, but it was very reasonable. We did have a little excitement when a small gecko ran across the floor, but he (or she) was easily shooed out the door.
