“Great location and great value...”

The staff was great as was the overall experience. The breakfast buffet is superb. Location is perfect. It's right on Sukumvit close to Nana station where all the nightlife is. Would recommend, however, updating certain things such as interiors of the elevators and the lower level Superior rooms. I always find the Landmark Hotel is good value for the money overall.

“Wonderful Hotel”

From the moment we walked in to the final goodbye, this hotel was right on! The staff was so friendly and attentive. The room was perfect,big and clean. The food in the restaurants (Atrium and Cafe) were so delicious. Super close to the Nana station, which is close to the "red light district" however if your not looking for it...it just blends in with the crowd and it is not a big deal at all. There are some great places to grab a drink or eat. Just to give you an idea, I am 38 yrs old and I met up with my Mom for a few days to visit Bangkok. This hotel was safe and perfect for our visit... I would love to go back and I would, without a second thought stay here again!

Excellent 4/5* hotel right by the BTS station and in the heart of Sukhumvit. Staff all efficient and friendly. Bed incredibly comfortable. Used the gym and pool this time. Food in the Atrium was exceedingly nice - albeit pricey for the area - even with the half price offer for guests. Likely to be my base if I come back to Bangkok again.

“Just what you need in Bangkok centre.”

I cannot remember how long I have been staying here, but its a long time. If you want a comfortable and competetent hotel in the centre of Bangkok with everything you need at a good rate, this hotel is for you. Staff are good, facilities are good, restaurants and room service are good. Low stafff turnover and they all know me which I like. I stay at this hotel about 10 times a year. Like most hotels opened in the 1980's its showing its age a little but the maintenance on this has been adequate. Pool area is OK.

“Great hotel and excellent location!”

The hotel itself is beautiful and exceptionally maintained. The rooms have every comfort that you could expect and the restaurants and bars are well priced and serve great food. The location of the hotel is perfect, with a great selection of things to do in the immediate area, and Nana Skytrain station is right outside, so you can get almost anywhere in Bangkok easily. The staff all went above and beyond to help me with any enquiries I had. As a woman travelling on her own, I felt safe both inside and in the areas around this hotel.

The hotel staff are fantastic. Always smiling, always helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. Food good. Hotel is like paradise! No screaming children!

“Landmark Hits the Mark”

I enjoyed my stay. I loved that I was only 50 metres from the Sky Train. The staff seemed so accommodating and seemed to watch out for me as I was alone for a good part of my stay. I would appreciate free WI FI as I found this charge to be unusual in this day and age. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. I also liked the option of a cheaper but equally good breakfast in the Garden restaurant. Great pool.
