Be sure to book an upgraded / refurbished room. They are stunning, tranquil and extremely comfortable. Hotel duty manager remained in contact with me by email after I advised a delay to my arrival due to flight delays. I was confident I would still have a room there when I got there. Very good, thanks.

Pros: Very good hotel. Great location. Well priced. Great amentities. Nice affordable restaurants closeby. Would definitely stay at the Landmark again.

Dirty area, lots of traffic but close to facilitie

I asked for a deluxe room but was given a room not in the picture of the website. I was unhappy and they said the room I wanted was a club deluxe room which was very unfair since the website is not clear at all although they did offer me free wifi. The hotel does not reflect the Landmark London Hotel which is a shame.

Pros: Service and upper floor suite rooms.
Cons: I have zero suggestions which is rare for me.
Location: Location to the train and anything else you could want is perfect. So easy to get around walking or by train. Traffic is to bad to really use a taxi.
The city view is amazing from the huge windows in the upper floor suites. The reception was amazing and done quickly. I enjoyed the small touch of my room tv welcoming me to my room. Totally amazing booking with Expedia yet again. They have consistently got me the most amazing rooms a person could ask for. Pick the LandMark for your stay in Bangkok.

Two nights in Bangkok

We were very impressed with the service received, as even at check-in they were quick to help when my husband realised he had left his credit card in the cash machine at the airport. We then found the room to be better than expected and had a very comfortable nights sleep. The hotel is in a very good location and near to lively bars and local stalls for shopping. Overall we felt very safe and had a fantastic stay.

Prima hotel dichtbij uitgaansgebieden en naast skytrain station Nana. Pub in de kelder serveert heerlijk eten en biedt rust en ontspanning in dit hectische deel van Bangkok. De premium kamers missen alleen een bad, verder alle denkbare voorzieningen aanwezig.
