Have stayed here several times. It is a good, but not great hotel. But it is great value considering the price. Rooms are a little small but good layout. PROS: Price, Location--proximity to EMQuartier area and Thonglor, great bed and pillows. CONS: Rooms are a little dark and I had issue with little bugs on coffee area.

Lovely Hotel with great staff

Hotel was great , rooms ok , no handtowels which I found strange , for overall comfort I found this hotel to be good value for money , location was good , but the complimentary shuttle service was not available , and the restaurant is nil and void not open , excellent shop to get essential items next door . Tops store , great fresh produce , the carpets in the hallway of the hotel was full of stains , and smelt mouldy , but as the hotel was in a clean area this can be an overbite , quiet and perfect for my needs , I would definitely recommend and stay here again .

To finish my 3 weeks in Bangkok, I decided to stay in a nicer hotel. It felt short of expectations and definitely was not worth the extra cost. The room was small, no space to really put laptop, no place to hang pants (only shirt or jacket). Absolutely NO view, 4 meter in front of the window is a big concrete wall… On the positive side, as everywhere in Thailand the staff was very nice, the neighborhood is very nice, the internet was fast, there was a good choice of TV channel. The hotel is pet friendly: During my 4 days, twice dogs bark after me while I was at the pool ?!? It is like the pool was their domain and other’s presence “incommode” them… Also, I didn’t appreciate that guests put their dog on breakfast table… dogs walk in the street (where they urinate, defecate, people spit, etc.), it would be similar of me putting my shoes on the table. I don’t think it would be much appreciated.

The hallway carpet is stinky, guest are complaining too. We brought our own slipper (all white) to walk in the room …floors are dirty. Amenities like hand and face towels are not provided in the room. Staff are making faces when I ask for the print out of the bill.

The staff was professional and attentive. However, the quality of the room was not up to standard, the toilet standard was not good at all. The drainage system in the room seemed weak, from shower to toilet bowl the water drained very slowly. Also, the room had some issues with the power. Every so often, the power would go out for a second and start again.

Decent Hotel, down side quite a way from BTS, shops etc. Location shows up wrong on Hotel.com web site. Breakfast was pre-made and delivered to your room. No restaurant.
