“Pleasant budget hotel”

Nice medium sized budget hotel. Set back from the main road in excellent location for sky train, subway and main shopping areas. Hotel also offers free shuttle service to sky train station. Hotel has own Spa on site. Appearance a little dated and tired looking in places but generally clean and neat. Staff polite and helpful. Had a comfortable stay.

“Tired room, noisy area and difficult to find!”

We stayed in the hotel for one night when we arrived in Bangkok and were extremely disappointed. Firstly it took an age to find, it was hot and after many hours of travelling we really weren't in the mood to search the streets for it. The reception area was nice and they let us check in 4 hours early which was helpful, but then we saw the room! They are redecorating the 5th floor apparently, unfortunately we were on the 2nd! The room was tired and the bathroom, although clean, was grim. We decided to rest and get some sleep when live music filled the room, it went on for hours. We were also above the bar and could hear people out there until all hours. At least it was cheap... and the breakfast was nice!
