“Really Nice Place”

My wife and i stayed for only one night and the hotel is Great But.... If you have a family or are not interested in slots this may not be the place for you. The Hotel is VERY clean and comfortable but really the only thing to do there is slots.. The buffet is great and the Staff is GREAT... So if you like slots than you wont find a nicer hotel.

“Comfortable Hotel”

The room was comfortable, nice bedding, good size, great view (floor 7). The only suggestion I have would be to work on better water pressure in the shower. The lobby and slot floor areas are clean and the staff is very pleasant. I can't recommend the breakfast buffet... rather boring, food bland, just nothing special.. Overall a good hotel; will stay again.

“Not impressed”

The hotel was easy to find as it was just off the highway. The room was nice, clean and spacious with a comfortable bed and fluffy pillows. The Hotel itself was extremely cold! Be sure to bring a jacket if you're planning on using the casino. The breakfast buffet was really nothing more than a continental breakfast bar with a couple of hot items. The first morning we went down to the buffet an hour and half before it ended to find almost no food left and no coffee. The next day wasn't much better. The food both at breakfast and dinner was terrible. I recommend not purchasing the buffet option and going out to eat instead.

“Very Good Room - Food Pretty Bad”

Hotel was very nice. Dinner buffet was gross. Breakfast was OK. Wait staff was very good.

“Disappointed”

This is a beautiful hotel, rooms are very nice and the bed was really comfortable. However, there must not be proper insulation between the walls because it was extremely noisy. We could hear our neighbours television and conversations, the cleaning staff in the hallways, etc. Other issues with the hotel were the strange parking (if you park on the fourth level thinking this will be closer to your room on the 5th floor, think again. . .you will have to take an elevator down to the main level and get in another elevator in the lobby that takes you to the room floors!) The hotel is non-smoking, however the parking areas are not, so as soon as you walk out the door to go to your vehicle you are hit with a puff of smoke. They should really enforce the 20 feet from the door rule. Also, the breakfast buffet was only open until 10am, and it closes right on time...we missed it by 2 minutes! The lunch buffet doesn't reopen until 11am. We were so disappointed with our stay we didn't even bother checking out the slots before leaving.

“Incompetent Staff”

We had a room confirmed, booked and paid for through Expedia before leaving. Once we arrived, they cancelled our room in error and gave it to someone else. So they gave us another room, with a King Bed, but we had 2 couples in the room!!! We paid hundreds of dollars for this to have someone sleep on a cot. NOT IMPRESSED!
