Looks good online, nasty on the inside

Cons: make it a smoke free facility
Apparently when i booked i was put into a smoking room, which was absolutely dreadful. i was told they were booked solid and could not change rooms. When i went to the room, it was dark and nasty the carpets were filthy and cigarette burn holes everywhere. i get that it was a smoking room, but take care of it like you want the business. After 20 minuets we checked out. When checking out i was asked if i wanted a different room, but i was originally told there were no other rooms. I have a kid with asthma and there was no way we were staying. I will never stay at a Ramada Inn ever again, i would rather sleep in my car

Great hotel for a stop over.

They were great despite having trouble with some non smoking rooms being available through 3rd party booking. Got us a roll away bed, and we were quite happy.

nice hotel close to shopping & interstate

the staff was very helpful and very nice people . The hot breakfast that was included was great and all you wanted to eat.

Microwave/breakfast

When we arrived I requested a room change which was granted. After a half hour wait we were told the rooms were ready,however there were no microwaves. The following day still no microwaves----I had to throw good leftovers away because of this.The rooms are said to be equiped with microwaves????? Last year the complimentry breakfast was wonderful---not so this year. Some food pancakes and sausage were cold, there was no fresh fruit!!!!!! Next time we will be staying some place different

Cons: lower the air conditioning temperature
Second time we've stayed here, nice, clean, comfortable hotel. Very quiet. The only thing that we didn't like is we couldn't set the air conditioning temperature below 70 degrees, that is much too warm to sleep.

When we arrived i asked if there were 2 rooms close together. The desk person told me to come back in a half hour,which I did She found two rooms but informed me they needed a fridge and microwave,there were no microwaves available. The next day still no microwaves,which are included in every room???????? Last year breakfast was great---this year not so good,no fruit at all. Overall this was a very disappointing experience.

Cons: Beds could be updated, there were no clean towels at the pool and the excersise machines were not kept clean, no sanitizer available

Location: About a mile from the airport. There is a restaurant and a gas station nearby.
We were staying in the hotel for one night with 2 small kids. Check in was friendly and helpful. Pac n play was provided immediately and extra towels on request. The hotel reception was bright and welcoming. Difficult to negotiate the heavy double doors with our baggage. There was no-one to help us. The corridors and rooms are dingy and depressing. They are in ok condition, just dark and no character. However, we didn't expect much more as the price was pretty good. Our main problem was with transport. We picked this hotel as we had the afternoon spare and there should have been a shuttle bus to the town. However, the manager had taken the bus out for the afternoon! We then requested a taxi, but were told that no taxi could accommodate 2 infants. We were therefore stuck in a dingy hotel on a busy main road. We did manage to walk along the road to find a restaurant and to get some sunshine, but it was not great as mostly there were no sidewalks, and lots of traffic whizzing past. We had booked the shuttle to take us to the airport the following day at 530 am. We checked that it was still available 10 minutes before and were told (in a surly way) that it was. However, the driver didn't arrive on time and eventually we had to get a taxi. This was the same taxi company who had refused to take us the day before because of our children!
