Pros: Very nice staff! Convenient location. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette was clean. (No stove top.) Things to know: View of the back of Hannaford on the left side. It's a long walk to the main desk and breakfast area if you stay in the back section. Cons: The loveseat is the hardest thing with a cushion we have ever sat on. We pulled pillows under us. The sink area us lacking in space for anything. That needs to be upgraded with a shelf of some kind. Overall, a good stay that met our needs. It is 30 minutes to Winter, Southeast, Northeast, and Bar Harbor, making it a great spot to explore from.

This was a great set up for our family of four for a basketball tournament weekend. We stayed in a two queens/sofabed room with a kitchenette. Pros: breakfast included, cookies in the lobby, space in our room, a treadmill in good repair, friendly staff. Cons: the sofabed was pretty uncomfortable/saggy, quiet hours didn't seem to be enforced (kids up and loud in the halls until almost midnight).

Need an elevator. Lots of elderly folks visiting the state my sister who was with me is one of them with mobility issues. Have to lug your bags to second floor. Someone at the desk got a maintenance man to help but I was already getting them up there myself. Need better breakfast choices to include hot eggs, Bacon etc. Need rooms cleaned everyday. Had to ask for bedding and towel change. The room we had was awesome! Like an extended stay room. No problem with the room!

THERE'S NO ELEVATOR
THERE IS NO ELEVATOR!!! I double checked and it is NOT mentioned. Rooms look good and bed comfortable. All staff very nice. When they remodeled though they should have done more than cosmetic changes. Our door stuck, had to bang it closed (sorry everyone else on the floor), AC unit old and made an annoying whinny sound (take your sound machine). Quite dusty. Bathroom small - plenty of room in the suite to enlarge it. No counter space or anywhere to put your toiletries, clothes, towel etc. Breakfast is prepackaged sandwiches, bagels etc, no cooked food which was fine. Requests for tips in room & dining area: made us feel they didn't pay their staff enough. Fire doors are propped open and outside doors are frequently open - not safe at all! For almost $700 for two nights I will not return.
