“VERY PLEASANT AND RELAXING....”

my whole experience was good. the staff was very pleasant and helpful especially Andy the security guard. John and Nastasha in the dining area were also friendly. This hotel was close to everything and the bus was right in the front of the hotel.. you also could walk to many of the local eateries and especially you are in walking distance to the famous Brown Sugar Restaurant.. you have to go the the buffet its from 12-2:30pm, you get more for your money and on monday nights its even better... just to let you know this hotel is on a busy main road so it can get a bit noisy but im from brooklyn it did not bother me.. oh and the Bridgetown (the city) and Oistons ( the famous friday night Fish Fry) are just a bus ride away. last but not least the breakfast is okay it's free okay.. dont complain.....!!!

“Happy days at the Coconut.”

Nice hotel, well maintained. Courteous and friendly staff. Great beach. Good breakfast which was included. Digital room safe at no extra cost, a great convenience.

“Can't wait to return... i loved Barbados!”

Not luxurious or prententious, but warm, friendly and casual. Anyone will feel at home at this hotel. All the staff were great, the room was clean and comfortable, equipped with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and tea kettle. Beach and the pool at hotel is beautiful. Really enjoyed our stay here.

“Nearly perfect”

Nice but older established beach Hotel with probably the best location, coconut palms and beautiful view (facing south) of the Carribean in Hastings. Friendly staff with small beach bar and nice open air restuarant. But quite a limited menu and weak coffee. Very few other restaurants and shops closeby in the neighborhood. Excellent palm fringed, small, white coral sand beach but a mix of stones and sand in the warm sea. Need to bring some footware for swimming. The surf and waves are strong especially when the tide is in.

“Family owned fun”

This is a family owned hotel on a beautiful beach. Friendly service and friendly guests. Many restaurants within walking distance. I would definately stay there again.

“Comfortable, excellent location, Home Away from Home”

This was our second visit to Coconut Court Beach Hotel. It is a beautiful older hotel with beach views from lovely rooms. The rooms are sufficiently but not luxuriously furnished. There is no clock and no TV to interfere with the beautiful sound of waves lapping at the beach. Breakfast and lunch in the restaurant are adequate. Nothing fancy, but sufficient quantity, quickly served, with minimal fuss. The beach bar and main bar are delightful places to meet with the many repeat guests. There is not a big party atmosphere, more a feeling of a neighborhood pub where you will visit old friends and make new ones. Don't miss happy hour with Antonio's special Rum Punch. It is by far the best on the island, and Antonio is a delight. Coconut Court Beach is lovely with a breakwater off shore creating a lovely lagoon for snorkeling or swimming. Many of the beaches were quite eroded away while we were there, but this beach was still wide and lovely. Lounge chairs are plentiful, and there are enough palm trees to find a shady spot for a nap or reading. Ted's Tour was an interesting experience. Ted keeps up a cheerful banter for the full trip and is a wealth of historical and cultural information. The buffet lunch in Bathsheba was wonderful.

“Good value - brilliant atmosphere - lovely staff”

Negatives - (far outweighed by the positives!) Situated on a busy/noisy road, breakfast lacked variety (you need to like scrambled eggs!) building work still going on next door, restaurant/supermarket prices high compared to UK. Positives - a dream beach, efficient/professional & very friendly staff, clean, comfortable, well serviced rooms, great value for money and an amazingly relaxed atmosphere. Unless you're prepared to pay 5 star prices, I doubt you'll find a better place to stay!

“Barbados at its Best”

2/20/10: Just got home from 12 nights at the Coconut Court Beach Hotel. Not lavish, just clean and the most beautiful view from just about every room. The staff (Annette, Richard, Stuart, Winston, Bentley, etc. in the dining room and bar area [beachfront]) was just amazing. A/C was cold, shower water hot, pool and cool spa refreshing, and the complementary hot breakfast buffet more than ample. Oh, and did I mention the view? This hotel is conveniently located to Bridgetown, St. Lawrence Gap and Oistins, with plenty of dining establishments within very easy walking distance.

“Stayed there twice and will go again”

This hotel has friendly and helpful front desk staff. The included breakfast was very good. Fairly large refrigerator, utensils, cups and such were in the room. The beach in front of the hotel is nice and has plenty of chairs. The only drawback is that there was construction in the back and on the side of the hotel. The were able to give me a better room at no charge. So at the end it was all good.

“our piece of paradise on earth”

The Coconut Palm Beach was fully what we wanted. A down to earth friendly and very helpful staff. Our room had a terrific view of the Caribbean sea and was cozy, clean very comfortable. It was also equipped with many convenient amenities. Microwave, kettle, small fridge, cutlery, iron and iron board. The breakfast although continental was very adequate and the setting very charming. Hot breakfast could be ordered for a fee . Not a four or five star hotel but we rated the Coconut Palm Beach Resort excellent in every category. Stay here again? we most certainly will.
