Wonderful, boutique-style hotel, lovely.Posted Aug 12, 2014
Pros: The views, the pool and the general relaxed ambience.
Cons: The road up to the hotel is a bit smelly (garbage in the heat) but that may be out of control of the hotel owners. More info re local restaurants.
Location: Oistins is a 10 minute bus or taxi ride, a great local fish market where you can sample fried fish. Rockley Beach is in walking distancw, very nice.
A truly wonderful hotel, where I enjoyed a very relaxing 10 days. The views are fantastic, the staff were really helpful and friendly and whilst this is not a 5 star resort, it has a lovely local feel about it, a nice change from the old chains.

Pros: Convenience, beach, spaciousness.
Location: Walk to shops, restaurants, beach, bars
Knew this hotel already as spent time there before. Same friendly helpful staff; Totally clean, quiet (except for waves) and fabulous views. Room is spacious and kitchen appliances have been updated. Two double beds perfect for us with a 10 year old. Excellent valuee for money. Parking also free for car rental.

Beach or pool: your choicePosted Jul 11, 2014
Pros: Liked best sitting on the terrace watching sunrises and (in winter) sunsets, passersby on the beach, and the hotel's proximity to all I needed.
Cons: Can't think of a thing.
Location: While main road is nearby, traffic noises don't reach the rooms; road and parking are quite accessible for those who rent a car.
Found this hotel so much to my liking back in November 2013 that i returned for early July 2014. Still lovely, with clean, large rooms with full kitchen facilities (though there is also a restaurant on premises) and large terraces looking out over pool and beach. Nearby comprehensive supermarket and lovely mini-mall with, e.g., "The Coffee Bean" for breakfasts and light lunches. The hotel is ideal for singles, couples, and/or families not interested in mega-hotel crowds and entertainments.

Very good hotel with wonderful sea viewsPosted May 15, 2014
Pros: Sea views and on the beach.
Cons: Improve wifi coverage to bar and pool areas.
Location: It's only a 10 minute walk to St Lawrence Gap for the night life but there are several good restaurants close by with music/entertainment available
Spacious accomodation with a large balcony (3rd floor) overlooking the sea. The balcony doesn't receive direct sun so is a cool place to relax. Bathroom and kitchen facilities are excellent with hot water readily available. The location provides easy access to assorted bars and restaurants, a walk or a bus ride away. The beach is immediately accessible from the hotel which provides sun beds for guests' use. The only negative is wifi access is only available in the hotel and not outside by the pool and bar. Overall I was very happy with my choice and enjoyed a very relaxing holiday staying at the Coral Sands Beach Resort.

Beachside location to-die-for!Posted Apr 27, 2014 on Hotels.com
When we turned off the main road to approach the hotel we wondered where on earth we were going and our spirits sunk. However, how wrong could we have been? The hotel, our room, the staff and the location on the beach were DELIGHTFUL. We stayed 10nights and barely left the hotel apart from dinner on 7 evenings. Huge, spotless room with a wonderful view from the large balcony. From the moment we checked and were welcomed by the chirpy and sparkly eyed Wilhemina the staff were super. We will definitely return!

Great hotelPosted Apr 1, 2014 on Hotels.com
We had a wonderful 3 day stay. Really impressed with the hotel, great rooms, well equipped for self catering and in close reach of St Lawrence Gap for restaurants, bars and local supermarkets. Lovely beach, pure white sands and gently rolling waves. Great little pool for my little ones to play in. Nice bar, good food on request. Highly reccommend this hotel. My one comment and unrelated to the hotel is that we had kids in strollers and walking out to St Lawrence Gap we found the pavements/sidewalks bumpy or missing but the drivers are generally vigilant and will let you pass. Would be great if this could be a more walkable route Barbados. x
