We are sorry that you see the self check in as a problem but we have been doing this for a while as do many small propertties in Europe so as to cut costs and to keep rates reasonable. We are very surprised that you had a hard time contacting us because we are normally very good with the communication, but we do apologise if something went wrong in your case. This all seems very strange as we have never had these kind of complaints and your room was sold to another guest the same day you left. Our experience has been that guests make up complaints in order to get out of their contract, as we realised this with you we happily refunded all monies and resold the room to guests who were happy to be with us.Our reputation has been as we advertise, clean budget and friendly.
