West Coast ParadisePosted May 20, 2015
Was here in Barbados for a wedding. This was a nice Hotel in a good location. Beach is very nice, and everyone was great in and around the hotel. Everything pretty much 5-10 min drive along the coast (hotel and restaurants all very welcoming). Would definitely go back to Barbados, though potentially try a different hotel.

Good hotel, not top class but better than manyPosted May 3, 2015
Hotel was nice enough, room was kept very clean and staff were friendly. Could do with a better service around the pools and beach - not sure if there is enough beds for all the guests particularly shaded. The doors are impossible to shut quietly and unfortunately there is little noise insulation - you can hear your neighbours easily.

Pros: friendliness of staff

Location: good beach area. cab to hometown and restaurants
Been here many times and always have a great time.

Great staff, watch for road noisePosted Mar 22, 2015
Wonderful staff make this hotel. Lovely beach and gardens but watch out for rooms near the road as it is very busy from about 7am. Free water taxi to sister properties, Colony Club and Crystal Cove a great bonus.

Great hotel on bayPosted Mar 6, 2015
Wonderful vacation! We rented a car so we could go to Holetown and explore. Bay was beautiful, not much beach but perfect for us.. Snorkeling was great and swimming with turtles is a must. We had a boat pick us up and take us out. Everyone was very friendly and we would return to the island in a heartbeat..

Average room and terrible service. Great water ski resort. Good service very poor. I will not recommend that hotel unless you are looking to go to Barbados for cheap.

Very helpful hotelPosted Feb 8, 2015 on Hotels.com
We were given a free upgrade but didn't like the room, the front desk tried to move us but the hotel was full the first night, they happily offered us a choice of two rooms on the second night which we decided on the 3rd floor overlooking the sea and swimming pool. The staff were very professional at all times.

OK but not greatPosted Jan 24, 2015
Pros: Good food, good location
Cons: Sunbed situation is more Benidorm than Barbados The shower was too low to stand under unless you are under five feet tall Room needs refurbishing
Location: The Cliff restaurant superb Daphne's is great
Most of the staff are good, some are misearable. Hotel not well managed but food can be great but service is hit and miss. Although at the wekcome they say they have a zero tolerance policy of bagging sunbeds they do nothing about it and you have to be on the beach by 8 to get a sunbed with shade. Although our room was never cleaned until late afteroon and on one occasion we had to wait on the balcony at 5.30 before we could shower for dinner when we asked for a late check out they demanded $US 75! Our 'Oceanfront' room faced the pool and bar.

It is way over priced!!! Would be fine for a $250/night but absolutely not the value of a $400+ hotel- even for barbados. We lost power for an entire day w no compensation... Staff were fine
