“987 Hotel”

Just back from 5 days staying in 987 Hotel. Everything about this hotel is class, from the location to the room. Its about a 5-10min walk to all the shops and tour bus routes! Some nice bar and resturants close by too but need a taxi to the main club type area if thats your scene. Im going back to Barca next year and will def be staying in this hotel!

“nice modern hotel”

the 987 is a really nice modern hotel whith friendly and helpfull staff. The rooms are spacious with a great shower in the bathroom. The hotel is situated in a nice area and not too far a walk from la ramblas but its a bit of a trek to the beach although that wasn``t up to much. We liked Barcelona and will definately go back and stay at the 987.

“Realy Good”

This hotel was great! The design was fun, the staff were friendly and they all spoke English. We got upgraded to a suite for free because it was empty and they threw in breakfast for free as well. The place was clean and there were good services availible. It's close to the main atractions but not too close.

“Loved it!”

987 is possibly the nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. It opened in May 2007, so everything is brand new and shiny. We had a beautiful third floor room with a balcony - fantastic view of La Sagrada Familia. The ensuite shower was amazing - just what you need after a day's sightseeing in hot weather. All of the staff were helpful and friendly - someone even came round in the evening with chocolates and the weather report for the next day. The location was pretty central - just a couple of blocks off Passeig de Gracia in the Exiample. Near to the underground and only 5 minutes walk from La Pedrera. All in all a great hotel. I will definitely come back here in the future.

“Brilliant Hotel & Very helpful staff”

Excellent hotel, really nice and modern. Nice size rooms, wicked shower! Hotel staff were very helpful and accomodating. Ideal location for getting around Barcelona.

“Great new hotel with a good location”

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, and were really satisfied. You get all the services you require from a 4 star hotel: daily cleaning, change of towels, etc, and the location is also perfect, if you want both sightseeing and go to the beach (20 minutes alltogether, with metro and a bit of walk). The thing we missed was an iron (thought there would be), and the lightning to change a bit stronger (there is a very "romantic" lightning in the whole hotel), but the staff is very friendly and available all the time.

“Urban, Industrial, Boutique and Chic”

Arriving in Barcelona tired from a long train ride, we were immediately surprised by the very, well, interesting interior design belied by the classic entrance. What a fun time we ended up having during our three nights in Barcelona and the 987. The staff were friendly, the included breakfast was amazing, and the rooms were very cool. They were having temporary problems with thier internet which I found extremely irritating, but hopefully it is now resolved. Will definitely stay there again.

“Remarkable location!”

This hotel is located in a wonderful neighbourhood, Eixample. It is just 2 blocks away from Passeig de Gracia, the most elegant Avenue in Barcelona and very close from Casa Mila. The building and decoration is also remarkable.

“Beautiful and welcoming!”

We booked this hotel at the last minute having looked at several others in Barcelona. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and spacious with a huge comfortable bed, just what is needed after a days sightseeing around Barca! Although not a central location, the hotel is approx 15 mins walk from the Sagrada Familia and Casa Mila and a couple of metro stations to take you some of the more distant attractions. We even took the metro to the beach one afternoon when sightseing got too much for us. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to business or leisure customers who want a bit of luxury.
