The property is a bit old and appear to be falling apart. The lobby is nice. Shower water pressure is very good. The refrigerator is old and falling apart, the door can barely close. The bed is good enough for me.

The walls are very thin. You can hear every single thing that’s happening in the hallways and the rooms next door to you. The bed was very thin and noisy. My wife and I both woke up with sore backs.

Nice hotel with excellent location
Good location for transport, short walk from the main station. Very comfortable bed and room. Toilet is a little complicated setup with a separate spring door but we managed. Everything was working properly and staff were very helpful.

Decent hotel. Perfect for my group as we wanted a place near the train station Barcelona Sants. 2 min walk to train station. Average hotel. Wouldn’t stay for more than one night. Loved the convience of the train station.

The AC Hotel Sants was within walking distance to the train station. The hotel was clean, quiet, had great breakfast every morning. The shower was great with warm water all the time. The staff were friendly, and offered us help. I would recommed AC Hotel Sants to anyone.

Not up to Marriott brand
Great location, convenient to get to airport by train. However, hotel doesn't meet Marriott standards. Rooms are small and the service is mediocre and definitely needs improvement. We were a couple, yet we received only one bottle of water, one slippers. When er reminded the team, we are a married couple and we need everything in pair, we still kept receiving just one set. There is not service in the afternoon, when we wanted to get a cup of coffee to relax during the storm, we had to go and make a cup of coffee on our own, which is definitely not something you expect from Marriott brand. The price is way too high compared to the room equipment, facilities and services. Probably would rate is as average 3* hotel, not a 4* hotel under Marriott group.

We stayed at AC Hotel Atocha before our stay in Sants. This one fell short in comparison with the one in Madrid. The room size and amenities were fine, but some staff members will make you wait for everything; from getting ice to checking out. Breakfast wasn’t as good as Atocha hotel. The Wi-Fi sucks, but we thought is a Barcelona thing. Getting better Wi-Fi will be a plus.

Extremely convenient for travel from Barcelona-Sants train station. The walk is probably less than 100m from the hotel door to the train station entrance (the entrance isn't as obvious as the huge McDonalds sign, but it's right there). The front desk staff were fluent in at least three languages that I noticed, pretty impressive. The only slight downside was badly peeling paint in the shower. Otherwise the room was very nice and well appointed. Super clean. Overall I'd absolutely stay here again.

Was close to the train/metro. The lack of bathroom door was annoying, although there was a private airplane size cubicle for the toilet. We would have liked an English TV station. CNBC was listed but it was french.

Only good for a one night stay
Basic. No frills hotel. The bath sink is a design that is just wrong. Not deep enough so water spills everywhere. The bath area altogether gets its inspiration from airplanes. Small and without soul. Stay for a night or two but for the price, go elsewhere. Skip breakfast for sure

Convenient location
The hotel is conveniently located, right next to the railway station. The bed is comfortable and the staff are helpful in printing out the boarding pass for us. It’s a pity that there’s no electric kettle and tea available in the room.
