Front desk and concierge staff are courteous, friendly and helpful. Overall, it's a great hotel in an ideal location. The only improvements would be brighter lighting in the hotel room and to install an enclosure shower door to prevent outflow of water to the bathroom.

They were very helpful when my transportion didn't arrive. They help me contacted the company and arranged other means of transportion for us. Thank you

The Alma Hotel really is an oasis in Barcelona. The location is perfect, close enough to all the tourist attractions but also in a slightly more residential area and surrounded with nice little bars and restaurants that appear to cater for the locals as much as the tourists. The ambience of the hotel is stunning - nice and cool and a bit minimalistic which I found really refreshing. The staff were amazing and very helpful and friendly from the front desk through to the bar staff. We would definitely return and hope to one day.

I loved this hotel. It is within walking distance to many attractions in the city but also was very quiet at night. I never heard anyone else. The restaurant was also fabulous. The staff were so helpful and actually sat down with me and showed me on a map of the city where I could find some "off the beaten track" places to see. The room was very comfortable and I enjoyed every moment of my stay there. Thee only negative is that I asked for a wake-up call and no one called.

A wonderful hotel in every way. I cannot think of one objection that my wife or had. Staff was particularly helpful.

The hotel is fantastic in a great area. Walking distance to most everything. The staff is awesome, extreemly helpful and professional. When I return to Barcelona, I will be looking to stay at the Alma.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. Location was great and easy to locate.The front office staff were the best. They were knowledgeable and went out of their way to help us. Special mention goes to Xavi and Marcos and to two other gentlemen in the front office whose names I do not have.

Great hotel in a perfect location - right in the heart of the shopping and restaurant districts. The staff couldn't do enough for us.

This was a spectacular hotel in every sense. The location cannot be beat, being just off the main thoroughfare or Passeig de Gracia and a block from La Padrera. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were recommended to a restaurant for lunch to which we ended up going back three times during our 4-day stay in the city. The rooms are very spacious and well appointed. The view from the rooms was also very nice. All in all, I cannot recommend this hotel more highly.
