Nice hotel with a central locationPosted Sep 21, 2014
Pros: The location, cleanliness, the friendly staff and the modern décor with a beautiful ceiling in the room
Cons: The main door is small with a few steps to a very small elevator. It would be difficult for people with mobility problems or have a lot of luggage
Location: It is within walking distance to many nice restaurants and tourist attractions, and is right in front of a taxi stand and Metro.
We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful front desk staff. The hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. It is within walking distance to many nice restaurants (recommended by hotel staff) and many tourist attractions such as the Placa Catalunya, Casa Batllo, Casa Mila, La Rambla, the Cathedral and the Market. The Sagrada Familia is further away and would take at least 30 - 40 minutes to walk there. Breakfast is good but it is served from 8 - 10 or 10:30 am. Since we had an early tour, we did not get to enjoy the full breakfast on the first day.

Can't rate highly enoughPosted Aug 6, 2014
Pros: Friendly and genuine staff. Gorgeous decor and great breakfast with lots of choice. The terrace is great for relaxing
Cons: One very small detail is that it would be nice if the terrace stayed open a little later at night. It currently closes at 10pm.
Location: Hotel is in a perfect city location. Las rambalas is 10 minute walk but the street is quiet enough for it to feel like an escape.
I chose this hotel for myself and my sister to have a city break from Thursday to Monday and I am so glad I chose it. Because there are only 7 rooms, the service you get is outstanding. The staff can help with discounted bus tickets, advise on places to see and make you eggs in the morning however you like. The rooms are cleaned every morning to an impeccable standard. There isn't a spec of dust or crumb in sight throughout the hotel. The terrace is washed down regularly and is a great place to sit and relax with a coffee from the hotels' 24 hour coffee supply. With regards to the location of the hotel, it is very easy to find. It is a five minute walk to the main square and tour buses (which are an absolute must for any first time visitor!). You can literally fall out of the building lobby door and into the subway, so it couldn't be more convenient. There is also a taxi rank in front of the main doors so when it is time to go home, there is no waiting for an airport transfer! Definitely stay in this hotel. You couldn't ask for more.

fabulous experiencePosted Aug 3, 2014
Cons: for the money, nothing
Location: You are in the centre of Barcelona, too much to see!
What can I say about the hotel? Great location, very easy to find, 5 min walk from the Placa Catalunya and the Aerobus. Staff are lovely, and really helpful, it has the feel of a family run buisness. The rooms, arent huge, but the bed was comfy, the bathroom was great, and shower was excellent. Breakfast is yummy. You will hear the metro and feel it too. It isnt loud enough to keep you awake, and doesnt run all night either. Talking of the metro, the stop is right outside. To sum up, a gem of a hotel.

Great boutique locationPosted Jul 13, 2014
Pros: Location, friendliness and sheer comfort of the stylish room.
Cons: Small point, but an I-Pod dock would be nice.
Location: Close to restaurants and bars and a short walk to the centre.
This is a very nice small hotel with lovely rooms and a great cosy feel. You feel really at home and the relaxed, informal breakfast was just excellent. I couldn't fault it and will stay here again.

Pros: Everything -- the staff, the food, the room, the décor, the location.
Location: We walked all over town in every direction, including to the water. There is a lot to see in Barcelona.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The place was charming. The breakfast was great. Ideal location for sightseeing. Truly worth the money.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel it's simple beautiful very quite clean and comfortable . Upon arrival receptionist was very helpful also very patient as my flight arrived very late . Rooms were very clean had everything I expected and more breakfast buffet was prepared early mornings with freshly squeezed orange juices and choice of teas or coffee. Location was excellent literally walking distant from las ramblas and all shops it was just perfect the only problem was the lift was very small that's all everything else was fine I recommend this hotel if you like stylish bedrooms peace and quite thanks.

Excellent - fantastic stay. Highest recommendationPosted May 21, 2014 on Hotels.com
We had a beautiful room with a balcony. It's a beautiful place with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was great - some self serve and some items they cook individually for you (eggs, etc.) Highest recommendation.
