The rooms were very comfortable with a small balcony. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We paid extra for breakfast and I was very good with lots of options.

The hotel was close to a good amount of restaurants and there is a lot of shopping to do in the area. There is a Zara and H&M right on the corner of the street. The hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable! The staff were also very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Acta Atrium was a fantastic hotel. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The location was the best. 20 minutes drive from the airport. 11 minutes walk to Las Ramblas. Had everything around. Try Zennith or Alsur for brunch. They were around the corner.

I had the bad luck to be pickpocketed. So it was terribly inconvenient. So be careful even though the property is on main grand road however next corner its a less safe area. Pick your stay properly.

Should be rated as 3-star hotel
This hotel should have been rated as a 3-star hotel instead of a 4star hotel. The interior is very out-dated, it could use a big update. There was no coffee machine/ kettle provided in the room. The house keeping didn’t change the towels daily and refill toiletries. We received dirty cups with other people’s lipsticks on them twice. We had to follow up with the front desk a few times during our 4 night stay to restock the room supplies. Fortunately, the front desk people were nice and helpful but it would be better if housekeeping could get the job done in the first place.

Property is very well situated. A 5 min walk to Paseo de Gracia…lots of shopping. Staff was friendly and helped book a cab to airport. My only complaint would have to be is the wifi in the room….extremely weak, little to no signal in the room. Front desk was kind enough to send someone to reboot the router but problem continued for the next 2 days.

Great hotel
Hotel location is perfect. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping centers, plus it was really easy to get a cab or taxi. Hotel staff was really nice and very helpful I will recommend hotel to friends and family

The property is centrally located in Barcelona. There is easy access to public and private transportation. Short walking distances to shopping and dining. The front desk staff was very helpful and always willing to assist in any way they could.

Great stay
I stayed in a Beautiful large terrace suite with the views of the city. The front desk was helpful and courteous. I am surprised by some of the reviews. Location is perfect for exploring, and the windows/terrace doors are soundproof. I am very pleased with my stay, and definitely recommend. The bathroom was large, the shower stall was a bit small. Breakfast was very good as well.

An absolutely wonderful stay in a lovely hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast which had lots of variety was plentiful and tasty. The room was large and spacious with extremely comfortable beds. The location was perfect for everything - under a 10 minute walk to La Rambla, close to the all the shops, and a host of restaurants. A real bonus was finding out from a member of hotel staff about the brilliant Aerobus to Barcelona Airport that runs practically 24 hours 365 days a year! An easy 5 minute walk from the hotel it was fantastic. Cost one way 6,75€ A number of known attractions close by but so easy to use the hop on hop off buses to get to those further afield. Been to Barcelona a few times as I like it so much and after this visit I am looking forward to my next. Definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel. The customer service was excellent, and the location was convenient. However, I have one complaint: housekeeping starts their service very early in the morning, around 8AM, and vacuums the hallways every day. The rooms are not well-insulated, so you can hear everything that housekeeping is doing.

Excelent location, close to many attraction. Buss station is right in front of the hotel. We arrived after midnight and got wrong room ( probably some error in processing between hotel and booking agency) . Reception employee was very helpful and accommodating and they gave us very nice temporary room until the following day when we got our room that we booked. Property is very clean and simple to navigate. Room was cleaned every day and towels were exchanged also every day.

We had a big double room. A bit dated for a 4* hotel and walls were super thin so was very noisy with a lot of banging of doors. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.
