Great Gothic area apartment. Easy walk.Posted Jun 19, 2015
Pros: Location Location Location!
Cons: Multiple keys for the guests in each room and put the correct address on the listing and confirmation.
Location: *Milk restaurant *BCN Painting Route (Carrer dels Lledo 17, Local, Gothic Quarter, Barcelona, Spain, 08002 - Wonderful Art Gallery. *Beach *History
This location was perfect for us. Easy walk to the beach, anywhere in the Gothic area and more! The metro is one block away and very easy to navigate, and taxis are readily available. Nearly everything has an English translation in the area, on menus, etc. Draw backs would be: * They didn't have more than one key for our room and then complained when they had to let my daughter into the room because I was not back yet. * The address and picture they have on Expedia is only one of their APARTMENT locations. Their RECEIPTION location and the location you have to go to for your keys, check in, etc is in a location they never give you on this booking. Expedia needs to be updated. ACTUAL ADDRESS IS: Calle Jaume I (that's a capital 'i'), 13, 08002 and phone is +34 933 106 623 We loved this location and I would visit again!

Great locationPosted Apr 7, 2015
A delightful apartment with a wonderful location. Room is spacious with all amenities you need. A great base to explore this vibrant city. Tiny gripe, the kettle was broken however in the scheme of things this is no massive problem with so many cool cafes a stones throw away!

There are good points and bad pointsPosted Feb 21, 2015 on Hotels
I stayed at this hotel for 1 night. I booked it just 30min before I arrived there, so there are some technical problems between this hotel and Hotels.com which they couldnt provide the room where I booked. So they flexibly arranged another room. The receptionists were friendly and helpful, but their operation wasnt efficient. So most of the time when I visited the reception, there were some customers who were waiting. The room was clean and cute with a big balcony which provided a lot of sunshine. The wifi, the airconditionor and hot water worked well. The location was great, where there were many bars, restaurants, shops, and quiet and close to the main street, La Rambla street. There were clean bath towels, a microwave, a small refrigerator, but no TV, shampoo and soap in my room. As for bad points, my room was on the top floor only with small stairs, not elevator. So I had to carry on my big luggages to the top like 6floors or something (not sure how many floors coz spanish counting system of floors is funny lol) even though a lady from this hotel helped me kindly. And my room wasn't a complete room. It's like a flamework assembled on the rooftop. So the floor was definitely slanting and the impression of the room was a little rough... But for me, totally these bad points were acceptable. I think, most of the ppl as well. But the price is not suitable for that room.

Midden in de oude stad!Posted Feb 20, 2015
3 minuten lopen van La Rambla, door prachtige steegjes en over pleinen. De haven is ook maar 5 minuten lopen, en prachtige gebouwen onderweg. Leuke restaurantjes in handbereik!

God lille lejlighed. God beliggenhed.Posted Feb 14, 2015 on Hotels
God lille lejlighed midt i centrum af Barcelona, men i dejligt stille område. Lille irritation at nøgle skal hentes i reception et stykke fra lejlighedskomplekset.

Excellent locationPosted Dec 3, 2014
We had a great stay here - really quirky apartment, in a central location so we were within walking distance of all the main attractions. We absolutely loved the stay here, and would definitely return The only slight criticism if I'm being really picky is that we were in the 1st floor apartment, so it was quite noisy from general hustle and bustle down below, which meant we had to keep the windows shut at night. There is air con though, so not a major issue, but next time we stay we will request an apartment slighly higher up.

Amazing LocationPosted Dec 2, 2014
We stayed at the AinB Picasso Apartments on the last weekend of November. Being our first time in Barcelona we were keen on getting the location just right. The apartment is situated between the Gothic Quarter and El Born. It's also a short stroll down to Las Ramblas. There's a metro just a 2 minute walk from the apartment and plenty of bars, restaurants and shops surround. The apartment itself is pleasantly basic, everything you need is provided with a large shower and neat kitchenette. The only downfall was there being two single beds with two single duvets when a king size bed was advertised. Other than this, AnB Picasso Apartments is extremely great value for money!
