Really nice and cosy apartment. In my visit the only issues were little trivial things like: not having a greeting/communication of simple things like wifi details and recommendations of the surroundings (supermarket, restaurants etc.) and no change of towels, or given the option to, at least once in 5 days. Apart from it would definitely recommend it.

Excellent!
The place was excellent , it was 15 minutes walked to Sagrada Familia, a 5 minute walk to Tour Bus station ( Barcelona TuristicTour Bus ) Red line - Arc de Triomf stop and a lot cafe and grocery near the hotel. A big space for a family 4 . you can cooked also. over all it was very good stay.

Appartment clean, held 6 comfortablely as described. A few items left to help wash dishes very handy, plenty of kitchen equipment etc. Would recommend and will stay again. Door and apartment entry system worked well

A great stay
Great location to sites & restaurants. (note - we are walkers). The apartment was clean and had everything we needed to "settle in" for our stay. (2 adults & 2 teenagers) As other reviewers mention, they are not on site - but I found them responsive to messaging & emails. We came in on a cruise ship and arrived around 9/9:30 am. They were able to accommodate our early arrival. They can also make airport transfer arrangements (separate fee - but saved me the trouble - not sure of company - but driver was early, professional & courteous) Overall a great stay.

HORRIBLE - DO NOT STAY HERE This was a terrible experience. I booked a nice 1 bedroom apartment. They were not emailing me and did not send me the information to get into the apartment. I was arriving at 1AM so I needed that information since I knew it would be hard to contact anybody at that time. Well, it was hard to contact anybody in general, especially now to obtain my refund 2 months after. On the day of my arrival around 2PM when I finally reach them they tell me my reserved apartment had some problem that something broke so it was not available but that they had another one I could use, it was in another area and they told me it was an upgrade and had 2 rooms (to which I said I didn' care since I booked 1 room, so having 2 rooms was no upgrade for me). Since I was arriving at 1AM and was traveling during the time we were communicating I was not able to book another place in such short notice (2-3PM while I was at airport/flying) so I arrive at this new place at 2AM. It was nasty, very dark, no AC!!, very ugly and looked very cheap compared to the pics of the other apt. It looked like a horrible downgrade while I was paying for a better apartment, so the next day I tell them I don' want to stay there and requested a refund for the rest of the stay since they didnt have my actual reserved apartment available. They said it was ok. It's been 2 months and I haven't heard back from them or Expedia (who is allegedly trying to reach them to no avail) STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!

Great location for seeing the sights in Barcelona. Our apartment was in need of repair/ replacement in some areas. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut and looked like water damage was the cause. The sofa bed in the living room is in desperate need of a new mattress. There is no reception at the property but there is a phone with a sign that says to ring them if you need anything… don’t bother no one answers and we tried 4 times. Communication prior to the visit was poor and I had to ring the day before we travelled because I had no address or code to access the building.

Great location, but we stayed 3 days and had no wifi inside de bedroom. Besides the sofa-bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The two main beds were comfortable tho.. Also the hotel has no staff working there but instead has a phone to call the reception and you have to do almost everything through the phone.

It was a good place, the only thing I didn't like is that they don't have a front desk where you can check in, you have to make a call so in my case was kind a hard because I'm from America and i didn't have a phone with me only 4g no calls but everything else was ok

Thanks for your comment. As you could see, there is no need to use your phone, that is why we have a phone at the reception that connects directly with our reception desk.

What you see is not what you get on this occasion
We arrived & despite 3 attempts to make a previous "before 30 mins arrival " phone call with someone we were left waiting outside for 30 mins. Once we contacted someone the entry & allocation of keys was fairly straightforward so we eventually got into the apartment. The place was clean, well thought out, in a great location, what was a bit of a shock though was the apartment itself, or should I say part of it. Although the photos show an ultra modern look about it, which is what appeals on first look, it quickly became in certain areas very disappointing. The bedroom, the kitchen, the bathroom, all were well presented & nice, the living area though, well that was a completely different matter. In the photos it is furnished well, clean modern stuff, oh dear, not on this occasion. The dining table was well & truly scratched to hell, along with the floor, worst of all though was the 1950's style sideboard that seemed to have just been dumped there to fill a space. The piece de resistance though was the sofa bed which had a very poorly fitting " cover " over it that did not fit at all. This was to make it more presentable as underneath this sofa was peeling away like paint off a wall. It was obviously " sprayed on leather look " but both the base cushion & backrest cushion was so worn away that it looked ready for the tip. Now if you are going to advertise your apartments as being modern & tastefully furnished then how about actually making sure that is what you get.

Positive experience: As far as the apartment is concerned, it was clean and spacious. Towels and linens were provided, however, there was no soap or shampoo. Management will provide it when they are available- supposedly between 9 and 5. Negative: There is no security or property manager on site between 5pm-9am. In the morning of our departure, management had not arrived by 9:30. The evening (11pm) of our arrival met us with a drunk man waiting to enter the apartments. He was a staying at the apartments but had forgotten the code to enter. The lobby, elevator, and hallway smelled of body odor and barbecue chicken. The best way to communicate is by calling the numbers they provide you with. My emails were not replied to for two days.

Spacious Apartment
We stayed at this apartment for 1 week and thought it was great. It was a 2 minute walk to the underground and not to far to walk from the main centre if the underground was shut. The apartment and the building were very clean and the staff were helpful. The rooftop terrace was a plus if you wanted to lounge during the day. Only this is that there was no balcony in our room although we did have patio doors which was good. Would definitely way here again if staying in Barcelona.

Booked this place because the price and kinda becouse loation was just ok but, when I got there. I realized it was a great location. I'll definitely stay there again. Recepción girl (Janneth), very friendly, efficient and helpful to go places.

I arrived at the property very late. So they gave me a good instruction of how to access the room. The room is very good. I didn’t see anyone working there when I was staying. When I checked out, I didn’t have the instruction of where to leave the key so I did what I thought the right thing to do. Hope it was ok. Overall, I am very happy with the property.

Near Everything but not in the tourist chaos
We enjoyed our three night stay here. It is away from the bustle of the tourist areas; however, you can walk to just about everything. The receptionist was pleasant. They have basic kitchen utensils. Bring your own salt, pepper, oil, and soap.

The hotel is okay nd especially the guy who do the decision are very nice. He is very accommodating and helpful. I recommend this hotel to everyone... I am giving this AinB sagrada thumbs up!!

Beautiful stay and great value.
About a 10 minute walk to city centre and the train station. Beautiful, spacious and safe room that was fully equipped with a kitchen and washing machine. Staff were lovely. The neigbourhood was a bit rundown and so looked a little deserted/unsafe at times, but we ended up feeling perfectly safe walking around at night anyway. This was the closest we could get to the city centre within our budget. The apartment was in excellent condition, especially for its price.

Nice apartment, decent location and well priced
Pros: Everything in the apartment was nice and modern so it didn't feel dated at all. Perfect little kitchen. The location was good, not perfect but easy enough to get to a metro station or walk into the gothic quarter etc. The area had a nice atmosphere in general. Nice friendly staff, happy to go out of their way to help you. Felt safe and secure (the room doors have about 12 bolts on them so your stuff is pretty safe!). Cons: Sofa was rather well used, could do with replacing it or using a cover of some sort to keep it looking nice. Was the only thing in the apartment that was like that though everything else was good quality and cannot complain at all, it did its job. The working hours of reception are quite short so if you need anything immediately it's best to contact them earlier in the day as they leave quite early. There is a contact number to get hold of somebody if you really need to out of hours, but it's best just talk to them in the morning if you know you are going to need something. I suppose it helps keep the costs down as it is an apartment not a hotel, so it's not a big issue really, but just a point worth noting if you are used to a 24h reception.

Walking distance to several sights, quiet area, close to public transportation. Very practical having two bathrooms. Kitchen ok equipped. Several grocery stores nearby. Sound proofed. Crib provided, no problem bringing a 1-year old. Would easily stay again. Got towels changed once during 4-night stay. Offers cute breakfast box.

Had an incredible 3 night vacation in the city at these apartments. Though i forget her name, the receptionist/service member was very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The studio apartment was fresh, clean and at a very high standard all round. Thoroughly enjoyed it, wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would recommend the place to anybody.

Perfect in every way!
We've stayed in many apartments throughout Europe and you can't fault this in anyway. We arrived late to the apartment but were given excellent instructions to self-check in which were very straightforward. The apartment was very spacious and immaculate. The next day we met the receptionist who was extremely helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this apartment! Great location too.

Good location and facilities for a family
The building is close to Sagrada Familia, Arc de Triomf and a couple of Metro stations. in less than 30 minutes you can be on La Rambla. The receptionist was very helpful and welcoming. Her English was very good too, which made it easier to get the information we needed. For a family of four, having 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms made a great difference. We trully enjoyed Barcelona and our stay and would recommend to others this place.
