“Horrible”

Check in was at another location and I never would have made this reservation had I known that. It was extremely inconvenient and the person on duty was rude and completely unhelpful. While waiting at the hotel I was robbed. I reported it to the manager who was supposed to give me the film from the security camera so I could report it to the police; he never provided the film or returned my call.
