“Madanis Barcelona”
The Madanis Hotel was a pleasant surprise compared to some of our other recen experiences. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We would've liked to have spent more time there if we could have. The Apartment was spacious compared to what we had been getting in Europe over the previous weeks. Beds were comfortable, clean with good space and a large bathroom! Location was quite good, only short walk to metro.
“Wrong apartment, no refund”
I've got a very bad experience, as I was supposed to book an apartment for 5 people. It wasn't clear if there was an apartment with two rooms or I have to book two rooms. Finally I discovered that I had paid for two apartments. NO REFUND possible from hotel staff nor Expedia . Spent three times half on hour on the telephone (rooming + call to the United States) . very friendly staff from Expedia but problem not solved, Paid for two apartments, got one and no money back... The hotel is far from city center. Stairs to the elevator , so a little difficult with baggage.
