“Barcelona”
We have nothing but good things to say about the experience we had at Apartment Entenca. It was within walking distance of major boulevards and restaurants and the Placa Espanya. We had a two bedroom, one bath apartment with a huge living room, new kitchen and a balcony. We would stay there again if we pass through Barcelona again.

The people where very good and helpful. Their English was good too which made it easy to communicate. The only negative was loud parties in the area but that was only one of the nights.

This is a very good hotel although not a 5 star one. It is not immediate next to La Ramblas, but the downtown area can be easily reached by Metro (train). It is only 15 min on the train to La Ramblas .Train station is 10 min walk away. The hotel is very clean, tidy and spacious. With the train ticket, $7.85 for 10 rides, visitors can go to all points of interest. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. They would provide tourist maps and show residents where and how to go. Hotel charges is much lower than the hotels in downtown area. There are also a few nice family run restaurants in the neighbourhood. (2-3 min walk). A good meal with soft drinks is about $ 5 Euro. Check-in time is 3 pm. However, it apartment is available, the hotel staff would let you move in much earlier. I have check in at 9:45 am. Otherwise, hotel staff may allow the luggages to be left at the office until visitors come back to check in. I strongly recommend this hotel.
“Great Family Apartment”
Great Apartment. Clean, reasonable size, good location. Perfect for a family. 15 minute easy walk to La Rambla and 15 minute easy walk to Park Montjuic. Only downside was that the pillows were like pancakes.
“Clean Hotel with Good Service for a decent price”
The hotel overall is clean and service is great. The hotel manager and staff were friendly and accomodating to our needs. However, the location of the hotel is not prime. It is not close to the "action" and premier tourist areas of Barcelona. The subways are walking distance and conveniently located. We took the Hop On and Off Tour Bus and subways to get around. Overall, for the price, it was a decent hotel.
