Nice neighborhood; easy to access via metro.Posted Jul 31, 2014
Pros: Neighborhood location; quiet building.
Cons: Nothing, there was no clean up but it is stated in the reservation.
Location: Markets very close, which was perfect as they have a full kitchen. They also have washer dryers on each person's balcony so that was good.
It got a bit loud in the night with motorcycles driving by, but that is the norm in the area. As stated, no clean up/room service, but the rooms were fine when we arrived & clean. It is spacious and was easy to spread out. TV is only in living area, and not in the two bedrooms, if that bothers anyone.

It was nice and comfortable, but not at all as they seem in the pictures. Is close to sagrada familia, but not the best location

Roomy, clean hotel but need to take metro.Posted Jun 9, 2014
Located 6 blocks from Sagrada Familia but the main attractions of Barcelona are located by Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas where you have to take the metro to get there. The hotel though is very roomy (2 bedrooms and living room) and clean and has a kitchen stocked with plates, utensils, fridge, microwave, toaster and oven. Supermarket, restaurants and food stores are located a couple of blocks away. So its a balance of location or hotel amenities. We were in Barcelona only for 3 days and if I were to do it again, I would pick a hotel near the Plaza Catalunya so as not to waste time commuting. But if you have a lot of time and want a place to decompress after a day of touring and don't mind the metro rides, then this is a great hotel.

Pros: Washer and dryer and courtyard.
Cons: Some cushions in the lounge, extra pillows for the bedrooms, better bedroom fittings, a safe depositboxbathroomneedsanewfitout.Mattressesneedreplacing
Location: Was ok location with 5 minute walk to metro stations to take you into town.
It was out of town which we knew and were ok about. This apartment was really basic. Lacked any niceties. The toilet leaked at the base and started to smell really bad at the end of the stay. The walls in the kitchen looked grubby. It was good to have a washer and drier and also a little courtyard out the back.

Pros: clean, comfortable bed(s),
Cons: kitchen dishtowels, lighting was a problem for reading, the building is noisy when people are coming and going. Acoustic material on ceiling.
Location: loved the neighbourhood - especially the computer shop manager and the two small grocery shop managers. Arriving during the street fair was fun.
enjoyed being near Sagrada Familia and Par Guell. The eating places were OK but not fantastic. The arrival evening watching dancing of all ages and the street fair was special.

Noisiest apartment everPosted May 6, 2014
Pros: The location was good, close to lots of restaurants and sights
Cons: Very noisy, but I don't know if this can be improved any.
Location: We walked easily to Sagrada Familia and Park Guell as well as plenty of restaurants, so the location was fine.
This is an apartment rental which I have used numerous times in other cities, but this one was in a building that had a number of the apartments rented on a nightly basis. Not sure if that contributed to the noise, but slamming doors, people running up and down the stairs, yelling from one floor to another, certainly didn't lend itself to a nice relaxing stay.

more than a couple of daysPosted Apr 16, 2014 on Hotels.com
It was a very clean and simple apartment with basic ammenities, located in a neighborhood with local little shops and market, you will feel like you live in Barcelosa (felt very safe). A bit of a walk for the Sagrada and Guell Park, but very feasible for walk lovers (8-10 blocks). Very close to the metro Joniac (2 blocks). It is perfect for a group of 2-4 people, and the use of the kitchen allows simple prepared home meals. It is perfect for a stay longer than a couple of days when you are not in a tight schedule to visit all tourist attractions.

The room was clean but the bed sheets are not too clean so with the towels. The lights in our bedroom was too dark. Kitchen was sufficient enough for us to cook. It is close to all sort of small groceries. It is aldo close to Sagrada Familia.

Great if you get the right apartment.Posted Apr 2, 2014 on Hotels.com
Stayed in the 2 bed/ 2 pax apartment (floor2, apt2) which was smaller and scruffier than those pictured - serious need of an update. Staff inc cleaners very friendly and helpful. Location on quiet street out of the city center but reasonable walk to the metro - front door to Playa Catalunya in less than 30 mins. Some internal noise from hallways and other apts - but OK late at night. Would recommend but only in the larger, updated apartments.
