“What a find!”

Beautiful , well-maintained, stylish apartment in ritzy area of Barcelona with Chanel, Burberry, Louis Vuitton and Gucci yards away. Step downstairs and a couple of feet away you have a lovely cafe at your disposal as well as bookstores, a nice shoestore and other great cafes on the same block. Metro is a stone's throw away as well as bus stops if you prefer. Taxi hub right outside. Walking distance to the Catalunya Square and the Rambla or a few euros cabride. Banks abound making it easy to get the euro cash deposit required upon check-in. We had balconies off the master and living room areas overlooking the Passeig de Gracia. Internet available at a few euros a day or packaged for a week. We just used the free McDonalds wi-fi in the next block and around the city as we needed. Convenient supermarket a few blocks away with everything you could possibly want at very reasonable prices. The folks who run it are 2 doors away at Hotel 62, and because it is a self-sufficient apartment set-up, there is no room service. However, there is a good guidebook prepared by management in the apartment with explanations of available services and operation of the swank appliances. They provide books and 1 big TV. They did arrange a nice, reliable Mercedes van service to the airport for our party of 5 and 10 pieces of luggage which we found more convenient than taking a couple of cabs. We stayed there for 5 nights and would love to stay there again. Lucked out on this one! Thank you Expedia!

“Excellent apartment and great location”

We have just arrived back from our cruise and spent 4 nights at Apartment Sixty Four prior to sailing from Barcelona. Allessandro greeted us on arrival and was friendly and very helpful. The check in and out was smooth and easy. The apartment (2 bedroom) was was clean, spacious and had a balcony overlooking Passieg de Gracia. Wonderful location with taxi, bus and metro close by. The bonus was that we found a cafe within 50 metres that opened for breakfast and dinner which served good food and also a supermarket within walking distance if you wanted to cook in the apartment. Highly recommended and we will stay again anytime we return to Barcelona.
