“Excellent central Barcelona hotel”
Hotel Catedral is very central, modern, comfortable and clean. The staff are excellent. I thoroughly recommend it.
“Wonderful weekend”
The Barcelona Catedral was a very classy establishment. The room was very spacious and the bathroom was hugh!!! Toiletries aplenty and service was excellent. The management and staff were only too happy to help us

“ONE OF THE BEST HOTELS...”
this is the most satisfying stay in our whole european trip this year. the staff are very helpful, special mention to ORIOL, in the front desk/reception. the room is clean and have a minimalist interior which is very pleasing. the lobby is comfortable and clean. the location is absolutely the best, requiring very little amount of walking to important sites and shops. barcelona catedral is nearby and the las ramblas area where it is located is the "in" place to go to in barcelona. for those who love to shop, there is an array of shops to choose from within a few steps here and there. during the weekends, this area is so festive with almost all the residents and tourists alike present. we would definitely recommend this hotel to all travelers thinking of barcelona as destination.
“GREAT HOTEL!”
Really great hotel. Very clean nice rooms. Very close to Las Ramblas without the noise and touristy crap. We were on our honeymoon and they upgraded us to a suite. Bed was a bit hard for my taste but still slept great. Couldn't have ask for a better experience.
“Excellent location - great value”
The Barcelona Cathedral is in an great location in the middle of the Gothic section. It is on a quiet side street just off the plaza in front of the Cathedral. The taxi dropped us off a very short walk with easy directions to the hotel. With a walk that is only a little longer, it could be accessed from the metro. The room and service were great. We did not take the breakfast. At 17 euro, it was a bit pricey. Do not be deceived by the Google Earth street views of the Gothic section. They are taken in the evening when the shops are closed. The entire area is very vibrant and very comfortable to walk through - night or day.

Hotel was in great location right off main attractions. NO loud noise. Very clean and friendly staff. Will stay there again in future.

Hotel is located, as its name suggests, close to the Cathedral in the old town. It has easy walking access to the shopping areas and is perhaps 10 minutes from Las Ramblas. It's a modern hotel; our room was small but comfortable and pleasantly designed.
“Great Hotel Great Location”
This was our first visit to Barcelona and we booked this hotel with limited prior knowledge to the area. What a great location! Make sure to explore the alleys from the Cathedral Square to truly appreciate the location. Lovely room, great roof top ammenities, staff extremely helpful and courteous. Should we return to Barcelona would stay here again. Also make sure to book as part of your package the breakfast each morning.
“Excellent location”
It is the best place to be in Barcelona with access to the subway system and within walking distance of many tapas bars, restaurants, shopping, and museums. Thoroughly enjoyed the tub and the modern room. Much more spacious than most European hotel rooms. I know people complain about the glass door to the bathroom but if you are a couple, it shouldn't matter much. I did manage to blow the electrical with my hair dryer (even though i used an adapter) but maintenance was up right away to flip the breaker box in the room. I could have done it myself. We will be staying there again.
