This hotel was really ideal in terms of location. It's within walkable distance to a lot of great sights including the picasso museum, las ramblas, and it is essentially in the barri gotic neighborhood. Would definitely recommend it, and I personally plan on returning....

“Highly Recommended”

This reasonably priced hotel has an excellent location within steps of the Cathedral and Gothic Quarter and with easy walks to La Rambla and to the Picasso Museum. The rooms are furnished in a modern style which we liked and are of adequate size. We were there for three nights, Thursday through Saturday, in April in a room one flight up overlooking a side street. The room was very quiet except for some minor noise on Saturday night. The front desk staff, especially Oriol, Soraya, Pedro, and Natalia, were very friendly and helpful with directions, suggestions, and flight confirmation issues. We did not take the hotel breakfast which seemed a bit pricey, preferring to try different cafes nearby. All in all, this hotel was a very pleasant surprise and we recommend it highly.

A very comfortable hotel in a very central location - 5 minutes from Plaza Catalunya. Staff all spoke enough English to make it a vey pleasant stay. We would visit Barcelona again and certainly stay here.

Excellent location with easy access to all parts of Barcelona, beautifully surrounded by the historic catedral and old narrow streets. Excellent roof top pool facilities for taking in the hot spanish sun. Very helpful staff and always willing to help.

“clean, modern hotel with helpful staff”

My initial room did not have a working air-conditioner, but the staff was very nice about finding me another room which had a very efficient air-conditioner and was actually an upgraded larger room. The rooms, both of them, very very clean and comfortable. The decor was stylish and modern looking. It is right across from the cathedral and so i was able to walk to pretty much everything with ease. It was also very quiet compared to other hotels i stayed at in Spain. The infinity pool on the roof was beautiful, but ICE COLD. So I would not go there counting on a swim, unless you are a polar bear. I would definitely stay there again when I go back to Barcelona.

The hotel location couldn't be better! This is a huge selling point in a place like Barcelona because you get to walk everywhere. The hotel didn't have a balcony (not a problem in cooler months), but the outdoor terrace was a big plus.

I was very happy with this hotel pick! It was at a great location in the Gothic part of town right around the corner from the Cathedral of Barcelona...walk a short distance to La Rambla. The room was modern decor and just perfect for us. Very clean. The people at the hotel were very helpful and super nice.

We stayed for 4 nights at this hotel and really enjoyed our stay. There were no negatives. We especially enjoyed the pool after long days spent walking around this beautiful city discovering it.
