“Great location, great value”

We stayed at this hotel at a weekend and enjoyed the stay very much. The location was very convenient for shopping and sightseeing. Good tapas restaurants were in walking distance as well. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The only thing disappointed us was that our room was not cleaned on our first day when we returned to the room for siesta at 4pm. Receptionist was on the case straight away and it was ready in 20 minutes or so. Overall we were very satisfied with our choice.

“clean, fine, in the center”

We spent 5 nights in this hotel and were very satisfied. Hotel is in the walkig distance of Rambla and most important places to visit yet quiet. Service was perfect. Room allso.

“Un bel hotel pour un super séjour”

L'hôtel est propre calme - avec un peu de chance vous pouvez "choisir" votre chambre (coté rue ou cours interne ...) Anglais parlé par le personnel et même un très bon français pour certains. Le jacuzzi accessible jusqu'à 22H - sur la terrasse après un journée de marche, un vrai bonheur ! Possibilité de prendre la petit dej (cher) sur la terrasse avec supplément

“Absolutely Gorgeous”

Of the four hotels we stayed in throughout Europe, this was our favorite one. It is five-star quality from the grand entrance, the stunning bar, the large flat-screen tv in the decadent lounge to the large room full of amenities. We enjoyed room service at 3am (delicious) and could walk to Las Ramblas, the Cathedral, wonderful cafes and restaurants. This is the hotel to stay in if you want a bit of luxury.

“Lovely hotel”

I would absolutely recommend this hotel! It's very conveniently located (you can walk to the Ramblas and to the Barrio Gotico), it's new, its prices are reasonable, the rooms are large and nicely furnished, the staff is kind and helpful. A very good find.

“Excellent hotel at a great value”

This hotel is sparkling clean, and the staff is very courteous and helpful. Although I did not use the hotel's services, the staff was always willing to answer my questions and spoke enough English to allow for easy communication. The location is perfect, within a short walk of La Pedrera, and an easy Metro or cab ride to all points of interest. Beds are firm and comfortable, rooms are adequate in size, with large, marble tiled bathrooms.

“Wonderful Experience”

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Imaculate and comfortable and very convenient to subway, sites and restaurants. Our room was elegantly decorated with an extremely comfortable king size bed and large bathroom which was a real treat after staying in Paris prior to our arrival. Staff was very friendly and spoke english. Thir coffee was delicious. Truly a five star hotel at a bargain price. Highly reccommended.

“Great hotel to stay in barcelona”

i was staying in that hotel in august for 5 nights this is a very nice and butyfull hotel in the hart of the Eixample the room is amazing and its got a flat panel tv. bathroom with off white & black marble and many mirrors framed with a cheery wood what gives it a nice warming feeling. the nearest metro station is passeig de gracia (from here also you can take one of many Renfe trains if you are planning to travel outside of Barcelona ) and its about 10-15 minutes walking distance from the hotel. there is also another train station (FGC not metro )whice is one black away on provenca street and from there you can take the train to catalunya station and switch to the metro (i'm not sure if you have to pay again to get to the metro) the easiest way is also to take a taxi which are not expensive (from the hotel to sants train station is about 5 euro) i didnt had a chance to eat the hotel breakfast but i know that its cost 17 euro (away too much) you can find many places on pasaige de gracia that you can have a breakfast for 5-7 euro as well as starbucks. there is a free internet conection in the room which is great if you bring your own loptop with you. have a wonderful time in one of the greatest cities in the world i did.

“extremely impressed”

just back from a 4 day trip to barcelona staying at this hotel and had to write and tell how beautiful it was. brand new extremely tastefully decorated, gorgeous rooms, large for city centre hotel, spotlessly clean and totally unexpected was the roof terrace complete with two jacuzzis, sun loungers, tables and umbrellas. what a pleasure to soak in one of these after walking for hours. the views are spectaculer topped with a welcoming breeze. ideally situated away from the bizz, only 20 min walk from the main ramblas and would recommend exploring the gothic area as it is authentic with many tapas bars and lovely shops. definately go to barcelona for a break and stay in this hotel

“Great hotel in a fantastic location”

We only stayed one night in July 2009 and really enjoyed it. . The room was a good size and very clean. The decor is similar to the W hotel stle - greys, olives and blues. The rooftop jacquizzzi and hot tub were a nice feature and at night, you grab a cocktail at the bar. Great value and walking distance to catch the 'hop on and off' tour buses which take you all over the city. Another plus! Of course, one of the best tapas meals I have ever had in my life is down the block from the hotel at Cervezeria Catalunya. The sangria is fabulous! Highly recommend the hotel!
