“Great Hotel, Great L-O-C-A-T-I-O-N Great Price!”

Very nice Bed&Breakfast Hotel, Great location near Plaza Catalunia, The hotel is clean and charming, very well worth your money.

“Great room--great location”

a block away from main st. Passig de Gracia and a few blocks away from the Ramblas. Absolutely convenient. A couple of minor drawbacks,a) the breakfast included in the stay is really not good, just carb fillers b) we requested 2 twins upon booking but apparently all rooms just have queen size or double beds. Fortunately, there was an empty room ( only 7 rooms available) and the hotel receptionist decided to give me and my friend separate rooms to accomodate our request without extra charge. Great PR move.

“Wonderful small boutique hotel”

Although this Boutique had only 7 rooms at this location, it was like staying at a friends house. The rooms are wonderful and the staff are so helpful. If you need a hotel just as a base, in easy walking distance of all the main attractions (but not on the main streets) then this couldn't be better.

“An elegant and homey hotel”

Barcelona was the last stop of my trip for two weeks in Spain. This hotel is the most friendly and homey one among close to ten hotels I stayed. In addition, the manager was responsible. My wife and I had to leave for the airport by five in the early morning. We needed morning call, but the phones in the hotel were out of order. The manager promised to ring our cell phone at four. We did not expect she would bother to wake up such early to do this. But she did!

“Would definitely go back”

The location of the Hotel is perfect. It is right in the centre of Barcelona with lots of restuarants and shops. There are a number of train stations within minutes of the Hotel too. The only downside is the size of the room which is very small indeed. Breakfast is also rather sparse. However, the Hotel is beautifully decorated and seems to be eco-friendly. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The service provided is geared towards making the customers feel at home, so in effect, it feels like home. Can't wait to go back again..!

“what a disappointment !”

We arrived in Gerona Airport after midnight and got a taxi to barcelona .Taxi driver kept driving round the block as could not find hotel in spite of GPS saying we had arrived. We finally found a small plaque with the name on the side of an old appartment block . We had to ring a bell to be let in ,The old elevator was not working . This 'hotel' was in a flat on the first floor .Our room was so small (less than 10ft by 10ft)we could not open our suitcase .There was not even a chair as it would not have fitted .The shower room was modern but the shower basin was made of raw wooden slats which had hairs in between the grooves . The tv only showed spanish stations most of which were porno shows at time of our arrival . There was no mini bar nor coffee making facilities as promised .The hotel has no room service or bar . Ther was no outside phone line in the room so we could not receive any calls . This hotel is advertised as 4 star which is ridiculous . What we saw advertised on website is certainly not what we got .WE have been to Barcelona before and stayed in proper 4 star hotels at even lower prices .
