Nice Location.Posted Aug 16, 2014
Hotel was nice but they made us pay for 2 nights even though we only stayed one night. We arrived for our stay, they said Expedia had made reservation for the night before and they had charged my credit card for no show and if we wanted to stay, we had to pay for another night. This is the last time I will use Expedia !!!

Everything from the time we arrived until we left was great. We asked for dinner suggestions and they provided several options within walking distance.

Casa fusterPosted Aug 11, 2014
The hotel was clean , but the staff were not that friendly... The prices for soda drinks in the bedroom mini bar is ridiculous... 5 euros and 50 cent, for a soda is over priced indeed... I always stay in a 5 star hotel but I have never seen such prices for soda drinks in all the time I have... The upstairs pool area is rather laughable! It is so small you cannot swim in it and only 2 people can really fit! Floating is all you can do... I paid for a room which should have slept 3 people but the third bed was incredibly uncomfortable! I had backache when I woke in thus bed... The hotel looks pretty and always smells nice but I would not go back... The food was not worth the money! At one point we had 2 send it back as it was not cooked...

Excellent hotel!Posted Aug 6, 2014
Pros: I loved the roof top terrace as the view was breathe taking and our bath was so relaxing!
Cons: The hotel food menu didn't have any vegetarian options but there were loads of restaurants surrounding the hotel.
Location: The hotel is great for upmarket shopping and is located near all the Gaudi tourist locations; cathedral, hospital and park.
I had an amazing time with my mum and sister in this hotel for 3 nights. The staff helped us with all our queries and helped organise transport and times for our journey home. The rooms were a great size for each of us not feeling cramped and able to get ready in our own space. The rooms were so clean and the attention to detail was impeccable.

Beautidul building with great servicePosted Aug 3, 2014
This hotel is in a beautiful old building, inside is totally remodel in amazing way. The staff is so friendly, glad to help and nice at all times. We got a street view room, it was so big and nice, with walking closet, hydromassage tub separate from the shower, so comfortable.

Exceptional ServicePosted Jul 28, 2014
Pros: The hotel was close enough to the Gothic Quarter and major sights but far enough away from the hustle and bustle.
Location: There are plenty of excellent restaurants close to the hotel, easily within walking distance as well as Gaudi's La Pedrera and Casa Batllo.
My husband and I recently spent 6 nights (July 15-21) at Casa Fuster. The staff were exceptional ensuring all our needs were met. Any issues with our room were dealt with immediately, something we have not experienced before in any high end hotels we have stayed at in the past. The concierges provided great suggestions of restaurants as well as sights, combinations of dinner and theatre that were culturally stimulating and authentic to the Catalan region. We stayed in the junior suite which was extremely comfortable giving us plenty of space and separate areas for planning our days, eating snacks etc.

Really wonderful hotel!Posted Jul 9, 2014
We had an amazing time at this hotel. They staff was above and beyond. We even walked in on the cleaning gal and she was in the tub scrubbing the shower! Very impressive! The roof top bar is a must and we felt like we were friends with them, rather than just guest. Alessandra and Patricia were THE BEST! A must stay : )

Excellent lcation combined with great staffPosted Jul 1, 2014
Pros: The grand old lady is stylish as ever. The jazz night on Thursdyas is great. The wifi system was greatly improved since our last stay in December.
We come back to cas Fuster again and again. We really of course, like the location, but always are very pleased with the very helpfull and pleasqnt staff. Thi stay we had an extra bed in our suite, which was supplied at no extra costs. The service in taking care of these extras, in terms of extra towels an such, was really good.
