unfortunately bad attitude towards guestsPosted May 29, 2015
Pros: Location to public transport, Sagrada Familia and many restaurant n shops around the area. Room was spacious and clean.
Cons: Hotel should take guests more seriously and respected as part of service. Very bad and rude attitude.
Family with small children so the apartment rooms were very comfortable for us. We chose this hotel as they had good space, SPA facility included and Internet. Only the first point was as expected. The SPA facility is not part of the hotel but a separate sports gym close by. Internet was not working most of the time. We had signal but no data was transferring. We had a balcony in the room but the door was broken and could not be locked. After giving this information the the staff, I was told that this is normal and nothing to worry about. Security is of important to us but apparently not at this hotel. The furniture was a bit worn out. The sofa was shedding. Everytime we sit down, our clothes would be full with small pieces of the sofa. After telling the staff about it, nothing happened either. No matter what we tell the staff, the attitude is to shrug with the shoulders and nothing is being done. What guests are saying is not of the importance for them. The worst experience we had was at the day of check out. Check out time was 11am. We were sitting in the lobby from 1030h to use the Internet (not working in the rooms). Just before 11 I went up to the room to freshen up and get our bag to check out. With shock I had to find that the room was being cleaned and all of the stuff we had standing around was thrown away! Staff was saying they thought we were gone...yeah right! With a huge bag standing in the room n cream n stuff on the table. this was more than unacceptable!

Misleading information hotelPosted May 26, 2015
Cons: Information should be changed as it is misleading.
Selling point are the pools - which cannot be accessed by children or by all members - they are in a gym next to the hotel and we only half the passes we needed. The accommodation is OK but definitely not worth the £264 pounds they charged. Elevator did not work one out of 4 days and I stained my jumper with wet gray paint - for which they had no signs. Staff took the stain away but I don't think I will go back. Location is good for transport links - metro and hop on/off bus. Close to Sagrada Familia and Parc Guell. Wifi is non existent!

Close to Sagrada FamiliaPosted May 25, 2015
Pros: Clean, in a nice area, easy access to transportation
Cons: The Wi-Fi signal was weak and inconsistent within the apartment.
Location: Sagrada Familia, lots of small restaurants with good tapas, easy access to the subway transportation system to go to Park Guell, the zoo, the beach
This was a comfortable three bedroom apartment with a cute balcony, a good sized kitchen, one queen sized bed in one room and two rooms with twin beds which was perfect for our family. It was close to Sagrada Familia, the metro system, and only 3 km from the zoo and about 4 km to the beach. Our only disappointments were with the Wifi which had a very weak signal in the apartment and kept cutting out frequently, and that the pool and exercise facility that are located next door is only for adults, and no children are allowed. You need to walk about 1 km to get to a facility with an indoor pool for kids, pay for their entrance and then take the receipt back to the hotel for reimbursement.

Appartement luxueuxPosted Feb 16, 2015

Great appartment at super locationPosted Jan 23, 2015
This was one of the best places we have ever been, certainly if we take "price/value" into consideration. Excellent location, super comfortable and large appartment with very complete kitchen and even washer/dryer. Only thin you need to know is that rooms are cleaned only every three days - but there was no problem with that for us. Perfect for friends traveling together or families. The Sagrada Familia cathedral and also Subway station are around the corner.

Great stay in BarcelonaPosted Jan 14, 2015
Pros: The employment was very nice and helpful, the apartment was really great and had everything we needed!
Cons: There is one family living there and they love to use their dryer almost every night till might night and longer.... that was pretty annoying!
Location: Sagrada Familia...
We loved the trip to Barcelona, it was very close to the Metro and Sagrada Familia! The weather was great!
