Nice central apartmentPosted Aug 17, 2014
Pros: The apartments are comfortable, clean and well equipped.
Cons: There is no roof garden - the internet pictures are misleading. The spa is not in the complex but is next door. A passport is needed to access.
Location: Good central location near the Sagrada Familia. The apartments are near two metro stations for easy access to other tourist attractions.
The apartments are well equipped and clean. Unfortunately on arrival on the Saturday we were put into apartment 2.3. It took some time to realise why the floor was permanently wet - we thought initially it wasn't drying as the ventilation in the bathroom was poor. The bidet was leaking a white liquid. When we reported this the following day (day 2 of a four night stay) and we were told they were aware of it and it would be fixed the next day. By this time it was getting really bad. We returned to the apartment that night and were allocated a new one as it could not be fixed. If you are allocated apartment 2.3 do not accept it unless they can guarantee the leak has been fixed. They put us in the apartment over busy weekend knowing it was leaking and we only got the apartment changed when there was a spare one after the weekend. The receptionist will also do a hard sale when you arrive for certain tourist attraction tickets. Do not be persuaded to purchase these as they seem to have some deal with a local travel agent and you will end up paying a premium. We paid 30 euros for tickets to Segrada Familia when we could have got them for 20. Also the reception desk is only staffed until early evening. We met a family with 2 small children on Tuesday night about midnight who had just arrived and were unable to access their apartment. No note or phone number had been left advising them of how they could get access to their apartment.

Spacious, clean, modern close to Sagrada FamiliaPosted Aug 12, 2014
Cons: Disappointed to find out we had to pay 20E to store our luggage when we arrived b/c room wasn't ready -though we were there within check-in time frame
Excellent location...near Hop on Hop Off Bus Stop and metro. Walk through the park to Sagrada Familia. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. Can't beat the price and location. We traveled with our 4 kids and had more than enough space for everyone. And you have a washing machine and dryer!

Great location, unusual facilitiesPosted Jul 7, 2014
Pros: The apartment was clean, spacious and well appointed. The location for us was great, with everything within walking distance.
Cons: Nothing for us, but this is not a traditional hotel so has limited staff coverage and the facilities are next door at the spa, including breakfast.
Location: To the east of the city, it is a great location to explore barcelona, close to the metro and the city centre, with plenty of cafés, restaurants etc
We love Barcelona and had a wonderful stay in a great location. We loved every minute of our break.

A shame about the poolPosted Jun 8, 2014
Pros: The location. The quirky decoration. The staff.
Cons: Explanation of the pool on your website: make it clear that it is a fitness pool, not a leisure pool.
Location: Perfect location. Far enough from most tourist areas, but very close to Sagrada Familia and La Pedrera. A small city, so easy to walk to most places.
The accommodation was perfect: well maintained, newly decorated and furnished. The staff were pleasant and helpful at all times. The apartment location was superb - not such a touristy area (despite being round the corner from Sagrada Familia). It felt as though we were living with the locals. The only issue we had was with the Pool. We chose the hotel because we had our three children with us, and wanted to be able to use a hotel pool to relax in after walking round Barcelona. It was only when we arrived, we were told the facilities were actually next door to the hotel and we had to have a minimum age of 17 to use them - which was no good for us. The hotel said we could use a local, public pool (for which they would reimburse us). When we went to use that, it was equally unsuitable as the pool was only set out for lane swimming - not for children to be able to "play" in the pool. It may be that this is the norm in Barcelona, but I think it should be made clearer in your literature/website. We also thought there was meant to be a roof terrace on the apartment building - but when we went up there, it was just a roof and obviously not set up for sitting out in.

Fantastic apartmentsPosted May 12, 2014
Pros: Excellent accommodation, friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: The roof terrace in the photographs actually belongs to another building and you cannot take children there which was disappointing.
Lovely, spacious, well-equipped apartments a minutes walk from the Sagrada Familia.

Nice apartment close to Sagrada FamiliaPosted May 6, 2014
Pros: Convenient three bedroom apartments, practically furnished, has all the facilities if you want to cook yourself or do your laundry.
Cons: Rooms are made every day but can be tidier and cleaner.
Location: Very close to Sagrada Familia, a must do. Buy you tickets earlier to avoid disappointments. Town centre is 10 min taxi ride.
It was really a good choice to stay in these apartments instead of a hotel room. It was the comfort of home with facilities of a hotel. The staff is always smiling and very helpful. It s very close to Sagrada Familia and about 10 min taxi ride to town centre. Especially would recommend if you are travelling with children.

Spacious and convenientPosted Apr 20, 2014
Pros: Our apartment had ample space plus good size wardrobes/closets. The kitchen was huge and stocked with dishes, full size frig/freezer, washer/dryer.
Cons: I'd like a small stock of snacks and drinks. There is a market close but convenient if had in the room or vending. Ice machine would be nice.
Location: The apartment is close to Sagrada Familia and was gorgeous to see daily. Plus, anywhere we went we could see which made finding our way back easy.
The apartment was clean, large and convenient. We purchased the daily breakfast and enjoyed that since we have young children. One less thing to worry about daily besides being a tourist and having fun. Walking was nice but also easy to catch a cab. The area had locals and many tourists so everything to suit your needs. It seemed more relaxed so if you're a young party person it may not be where you're looking to stay. I can't say it was quiet at night but we enjoy the sounds of the city. We didn't use the spa next door but would have if it was a vacation holiday as a couple.
