Hotel with an excellent location and close to many good restaurants, stores, and historical places. There was noise at nights and has an excellent breakfast buffet.

We had a wonderful trip to Barcelona, and the hotel really made it. They had some really nice touches, such as a free minibar that was replenished every time our room was cleaned, and phone chargers behind the front desk. The man that checked us in was really helpful, and provided us with a map and a magazine. There were some other magazines and books in the room about Barcelona, and lots of information about tours and places to eat in reception. We didn't eat in the hotel, as we booked room only and like to eat out when we're abroad. There is a breakfast available, but the price seemed a little bit steep. They also provide room service which is with a local company that specialise in pizzas and wraps and things like that, and will place your order for you if you don't speak spanish. All in all, we had a wonderful time, our room was spotless, the beds were comfy and the staff were really friendly and helpful when you needed them.

ONE OF THE BEST HOTELS ON OUR HONEYMOON. THIS HOTEL HAD THE PERFECT LOCATION, IT WAS ABOUT A 15 MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH AND A 5 MINUTE WALK TO LA RAMBLA AND PRETTY MUCH WHEREVER YOU WANTED TO GO TO IN BARCELONA. STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND THE BREAKFAST WAS THE BEST - EGGS, BACON, SAUSAGES, FRESH FRUIT, CAKE, CROISSANTS, YOU NAME IT THEY HAD IT! THE ROOM ITSELF WAS SMALL BUT ENOUGH, IT ALSO HAD A BALCONY THAT OPENED UP ONTO THE STREET WHICH WAS AN ADDED BONUS. FROM THE HOTEL IF YOU GO RIGHT THERE IS A MEXICAN RESTAURAUNT ABOUT 2 MINUTES AWAY ROSA NEGRA, CHEAO AND AMAZING, WE WERE THERE FIVE DAYS AND WENT AT LEAST ONCE A DAY!

“Decent price in a good location”

I stayed here for a week in June and was very pleased. The hotel is right on Via Laitana in the middle of El Gotico within a 5 minute walk from the metro stop Urquinaona and 10 from Jauame 1. Despite being on Via Laitana it's very quiet inside (I had a courtyard facing room. The hotel was spotless and the cleaning staff amazing. If you don't speak spanish there are several people on hand who speak other languages including english who are willing to help. I have stayed in other hotels in the same area and this has been my best experience. I cannot rate the restaurant within the hotel as I did not eat there due to the proximity of so many other good places to eat.

VERY CLEAN HOTEL, VERY NEAR TO LAS RAMBLAS WHICH IS THE MOST IMPORTANT PART.VERY HELPFUL,ENGLISH SPEAKING STAFF WHO ARE EXTREMELY FLUENT IN ENGLISH.WOULD DEFINIATELY STAY HERE AGAIN.

“Perfect Barcelona hotel”

We stayed at this hotel for a three day romantic break and it was fantastic. Despite being on a busy road the rooms were super quiet and well air-conditioned, so there was no need to open the windows. The free mini bar was brilliant - with water, juice, Coke and beer re-filled each day at no charge. Great location for all the major tourist sites and very easy to access the airport with the airbus drop-off point a 10 minute walk away. Definitely worth staying with!

“Excellent location”

We were right in the middle of the Barri Gotic and we loved exploring the narrow streets with their enchanting architecture!!!! We were also a small walk away from La Boqueria, Las Ramblas, and the Cathedral. The location was excellent for restaurants not only to experience the diverse regional Catalan cuisine, but also Castillian, Andalusian, French (for the proximity to France) and Italian.

“Good location, nice staff”

The hotel is in a very good location and has a great staff. It's a little loud (although the staff clearly asked us if we wanted a quieter location). Our room was a very large size especially for Europe. All in all - good place and would stay again.
